Is Qiyana Bad?

I have recently bought Qiyana and have been playing her a lot but have found that every time I get into a game, even if I do well, if we loose the team blames it on me saying that Qiyana is bad and has a bad kit, I enjoy playing her a lot, and find that I win most games however I don’t want to continue playing her if she isn’t going to be help to my team So in short I’m just asking is Is worth me continuing to learn her?
