Evelynn tips

So I wanna get into Ev, being trying for a while now but just can't seem to learn how to play her so I'm looking for someone to teach me how to play her LIKE A BAWS. I have a roughish idea what I'm meant to build, and that's all I really got. I'd go over guides but I just can not learn champs that way. Any help would be.......helpful :D
