Do I need a new computer?

Recently, I got a 32 inch monitor/TV and used it instead of my 20 inch monitor, now my league runs at 31 fps instead of 120 fps. I'm not that good with computers and shit so imma just give y'all the specs. ( I run league at lowest vid quality) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @2.50 Ghz 2.50 Ghz Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB System type: 64-bit Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium Display: Name: Interl(R) HD Graphics 4000 Chip Type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family DAC Type: Interal Approx.
