Client freezes at earlier point in time

The clients picture is frozen at an earlier point in time- like it would be stuck at the accept match making screen but i would already be in champ select, i am able to hear sounds select champs and what not, like i can click on stuff and hear the sound but the client hasnt caught up yet, have run several client repairs and downloaded the entire game twice but the problem still persists and slowly getting worse SOME ONE HELP ME!!!!!
