Email Verification Issues.

So I'm having an issue where the verification email isn't being sent to the address I've given. I know for certain its the correct email as I've went and triple checked this thing already. I've checked all folders as well, resent the email a few times to make sure. Its been about 40 minutes since I first started this and I can't log a support ticket because I apparently need an email-verified account to do so, so I'm posting here.
