Getting a patching error

I've got this error while playing league, it says your servers are preventing me from patching, so I thought if I just restart league it would fix it, but now I can't log in and the error is constantly popping up, no matter how many times I get rid of it, I've also checked the server and it says everything is working fine, so like... what's going on? The Error: "Something's up with our servers and it's preventing you from patching. We're giving it another shot. In the meantime, you can check the status of our servers _here_ (error code 003)"
