Need Help!

For some reason, I can't recall correctly on my new account, just at lvl 8. Whenever I recall its spits me out, and starts runnin me to lane. It also keeps cancelling my recall, like IF I OPEN THE SHOP I CANT EVEN OPEN THE SHOP WHILE RECALLING WHY IS THIS HAPPENIG And, and. Well, It always turns smart cast off. And theres this weird predictions thing NO! Just let me regular smartcast. OKay and!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where are my pins! No friedly "I''m on my way" I cant ping towers omfg this game is killing me i want to chill and play for fun no stressand try champs ive never played\ \ please help me fix these issues someone regards, mere
