Follow the steps in this guide carefully to properly perform a re-installation: If the issue persists after reinstall see below. -------------------------------------------------- If you are still experiencing loading screen crashes, please perform the following when the issue occurs, or attempt to recreate the issue using a custom game: - **Do not close the error message**. Take a screenshot of the error dialog box that appears and share it in the [thread in the Help & Support Boards]( - Start Task Manager - Find "League of Legends (32 bit)" under the Background processes section (not Apps section) on the Processes tab - Right click it and select create dump file. This will create the dump and tell you where it is stored (you can copy+paste that file path) - Find the file (will be a DMP File type) and reduce its size by Right click > Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder - Upload this compressed file to a file share of your choice and share it and the screenshot with (THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT INBOX, IT IS FOR COLLECTING LOGS ONLY) - Also [open a support ticket]( and share the link to the uploaded DMP file and attach the screenshot the ticket.
