READ: LOADING SCREEN CRASHES

UPDATE: Some players are reporting a full re-installation is resolving this issue. Follow the steps in this guide carefully to properly perform a re-installation: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202539040 If the issue persists after reinstall see below. -------------------------------------------------- If you are still experiencing loading screen crashes, please perform the following when the issue occurs, or attempt to recreate the issue using a custom game: - **Do not close the error message**. Take a screenshot of the error dialog box that appears and share it in the [thread in the Help & Support Boards](https://boards.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support-oce/EAjcx13U-read-loading-screen-crashes). - Start Task Manager - Find "League of Legends (32 bit)" under the Background processes section (not Apps section) on the Processes tab - Right click it and select create dump file. This will create the dump and tell you where it is stored (you can copy+paste that file path) - Find the file (will be a DMP File type) and reduce its size by Right click > Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder - Upload this compressed file to a file share of your choice and share it and the screenshot with ocelivereports@riotgames.com.
