Not Enough Flex Queue Players

It's really hard to get a match on flex, either it's because there's not a lot of people playing flex or there's not enough people for me to match with, really sucks waiting for 10+/20+ minutes every time even at peak hours. Hope Riot OCE can find a solution for this.
