Why I am keep getting people don't know how to play?

Check my recent match. most of game I get People loss their lane because of their skill levels. Likely all 4 players ware loss. Nomatter how hard i try gank ,make them win the lane ,gave kills ,they couldn't be useful due to they don't know how to use advantage. Is this problem caused by GM? I am really pissed off and tired to get this kind of match again and again.
