Adora - The Catastrophe

Adora is a high crowd control mage. Her main type of crowd control is charm, just like Ahri's Charm, it has the same effect but she can use it on multiple people instead of an AoE Stun. She is called The Catastrophe because she creates one wherever she goes by weaving together the sins of humans and using it into a spell. I'm going to try to give an estimate using Riot's way instead of actual stats. **Health:** 514.4 (+80 per level) **Health Regen:** 6.505 (+0.6 per level) **Mana:** 312 (+58 per level) **Mana Regen:** 5.2 (+1.1 per level) **Attack Damage:** 53.04 (+3 per level) **Attack Range:** 625 **Attack Speed:** 0.668 (+2% per level) **Armor: 20.88** (+3.5 per level) **Magic Resist:** 30 (+0 per level) **Movement Speed:** 350 **Passive:** Weave: Desires When an enemy is hit by an attack or an ability of yours, they gain 1 mark of Desire. If they are hit by one of your abilities and they have 3 marks, they are charmed. Marks last for 6 seconds. > Charm: .1 second x Level + .2 seconds Max Targets Charmed: 1 / 2 / 3 ( Level - 1 6 / 11 ) Invulnerability: 14 / 11 / 8 seconds ( Level - 1 / 6 / 11 ) **Q:** Weave: Wrath Adora channels for .5 seconds before firing off a long range targeted wisp at the enemy target dealing damage to all enemy units it passes through the spell still channels and hits even if they go into fog of war or become invisible. (Looks very similar to Braum's Q by the wispy tail) Damage depends on how far the projectile travels before reaching the target. Damage caps out after moving for 1100 Range. >Range: 1400 Speed Projectile: 1400 Min. Damage: 0 / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 (+15% AP) / 1% of Max Health (Whichever's Higher) Max Damage: 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+60% AP) / 4% of Max Health (1% per 150 AP) - TRUE DAMAGE (Whichever's Higher) Mana Cost: 70 Cooldown: 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6 **W:** Weave: Curse Adora channels for .5 seconds before creating a large zone around an enemy that slows and damages all enemies that walk in it. Additionally, Adora does not need to channel when using abilities against Cursed enemies. >Cast Range: 700 Radius: 400 Slow: 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65% (decaying for the target) or until field is exited Damage Per Second: .5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5% of Max Health as True Damage Duration: 2 seconds Mana Cost: 85 Cooldown: 11 **E:** Weave: Death Adora sends a curse at an enemy, in the duration, if the enemy takes damage from Adora in any way other than auto attacks then the mark will proc. dealing a large amount of nuke damage based off their missing health. While channeling Wrath, Adora can also cast this spell. >Range: 1500 Projectile Speed: 1900 Damage: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (50%) Proc. Damage: 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10% Missing Health (+1% per 150 AP) Mana Cost: 80 Cooldown: 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 **R:** Weave: Chaos Adora channels for 1 second calling upon fallen angels to strike down at all enemies in a large area, instantly applying 3 marks to all enemies hit but not proccing. While channeling Chaos, she is able to cast one other spell at the same time, there is also a ring around the area so enemies can run away. >Radius: 600 Damage: 200 / 325 / 450 (+75% AP) Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 90 / 80 / 70 **Lore:** I don't even know anymore, after Riot changed the lore system I'm not even sure how to write lores anymore. **Notes:** The typical poke from Adora is spamming Q or sometimes the occasional Q / E for extra poke, but you want to hang on to Death to surprise the enemy with huge amounts of damage. No matter if there's .1 second left on Wrath before you cast Curse, Curse will always hit before Wrath does as long as you cast it during the .5 second time frame. Adora only has two forms of crowd control which is charm and a slow, she has a lot of percentage abilities and strong nukes but she has little escape mechanism. If you catch her off after you've been charmed or after she has used her W, there isn't anyway she can actually escape from you. All spells that channel and are targeted both still activate even with enemies moving into fog of war. Once in range, clicked onto the target then unless some form of crowd control stops her then the ability will keep channeling and hit.
