E - Dash

Effect: Slows all enemies in the 150 range explosion at the end of the dash for 1.5 seconds for 50% move speed
Description: Is a skillshot dash that dashes to wherever Andor clicks. If dashed over the wall enemies gain sight of him for 1.5 seconds
R - Final Strike
Cooldown: 300/250/200 Seconds
Damage Scale: 1 AD for 3 damage
Effect: Next basic attack (lasts for 60 seconds if no enemy is hit)
Takes 5% of total health, than 90% of current health. All lifesteal effects are disabled for 30 seconds. W's attack speed buff is removed, it's movement speed buff halved, and it's cooldown doubled, Short hooks range is halved, cooldown is doubled and passive's movement buff are all also effected during this 30 seconds.
