Hi I am an Analyst / Coach who is looking for another Analyst / Coach for a serious project

So currently I am coaching a team of high plat players, The team is newely formed and is finalizing its roster, it already has a Manager / Head Coach and me as the Analyst / Coach. I am looking for another Analyst / Coach who has equal or greater understanding who can challenge my bad decisions as well input his own understanding for the benefit of the team. Ideally availability is a key factor as well as maturity and understanding. We taking this project very seriously and are looking to improve, if this interest you than availability from 7:30pm aest onwards suites you than add me ign NightTemplar and we can get started, ps only serious people who are willing to put in time and effort.
