Can someone explain what is going on with this Optus service issue? Its been nearly 24hours

"Players on Optus connections may experience intermittent issues connecting to games. These players are advised to avoid playing ranked until this issue is resolved" Are riot even doing anything about this matter. Im honestly about to change internet providers.

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
