I'm guessing they're messages from the server as it happens on multiple machines, which are the last alerts of their type sent to my machine and they're just not clearing, and on login it auto loads the last alert of type.... put a switch on them so that once they've been recieved once they don't send again.

: Nah I managed to solve the issues, I think it was driver problems so I reinstalled everything and made sure I got the right drivers updated but I believe specifically it was my Nvidia game ready driver.

It's there fault they cannot expect everyone with AMD components and an old BIOS version to flash their BIOS.

That hotfix was for the missing emote issue which rolled out to all regions, there are still complaints of players experiencing the issue post-hotfix. Glad to hear they're working on it though.

: Me too, after gaining an honour capsule literally minutes ago, all my emotes are gone except for "happy to see you" (which I just received from capsule upon login) and that peace poro emote. tried looking up the unowned emotes to see if my lost emotes were somehow put back into the pool there but nope, not even there, not even the thumbs up emote that we all got.
Riot is aware and working on a fix, nothing else we could do, just gotta sit tight and await the fix.
