RuneScape/Jagex did the same for me. They said I was guilty of botting and refused to unban me. 5 years later, I reach out and they say they found I may have been innocent, even though I never claimed to be innocent in the ticket. I had, of course, botted on many, many accounts. 🙃 Haven’t cheated on any games since, though.

: There are some ticket categories that don't require you to login but admittedly I'm not sure there's one for new account queries specifically. You could submit a ticket for him if he's still having trouble though. Screenshots are your friend.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to swap the Medieval Twitch skin for Grey Warwick; however, if you reach Honour 5 next season, there's a good chance that you'll earn the Grey Warwick skin, given that Riot doesn't change how the skin is awarded.

: My issue lies with the actual installation of the game i have attempted everything outside of fixing corrupt files because i don't have the option to initiate a full repair of the game since i can't open the client and I have yet to download macOS Majove. But when i attempted to shutdown and do the NVRAM reset league immediately attempted to open up but proceeded to jump up and down on the dock and than disappear and when i check activity monitor it says league of legends is not responding anymore

As far as I'm aware, the Oceania server hasn't moved, and I don't believe there have been any significant changes that would cause a noticeable difference in ping. However, I could be wrong, and telecommunication providers may change packet routing at any time and at any place during their route. As such, you can troubleshoot further with [**Riot Support**](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), and they'll be able to look into what could be causing the discrepancy.
