: Quest wont complete!
Same issue here, reported bug and the first mission completed later that day, have watched plenty since then and the second mission still isn’t completing. As someone who started last year mainly in it for the BE as I already watch the games regularly anyway. Watched OPL, LPL and LCK games over the weekend while logged in btw.

: Hi 0GURU, If you purchased your tickets online then you should have received an email with your codes, but Event have informed us that players who un-ticked the "send me promos/discounts" box you typically see with online forms, would not have been sent their skin codes. We're just following up to absolutely confirm this was the case for the reported cases we're seeing, and then we'll work on a solution for the remaining players once we've confirmed this. You can help with this by forwarding your ticket purchase receipt to ocelivereports@riotgames.com We'll then follow up with Event to figure out why you did not received a code.

There were no issues with the stream apart from like the screen slightly bugging for about a second during the opening so nothing major. After the games finished, there was no news from riot or event about the codes so i went home a bit bummed but oh well. I checked this page and there was nothing and i gave up. Out of the blue yesterday i find an email from event cinemas containing the code. Funny enough, i got a second email from event 2 hours ago with another code for cosmic queen ashe.
They won’t give us our codes but they give others 2! I’ve been contacting LoL support about it and they are being sympathetic, however unproductive

: Submitted a ticket to formally acknowledge this, but Sydney screening today was not really a screening, nothing about it worked. Refunds were given but swag bag returned(would’ve been nice to get something from the night).. Also as others stated, no skin code, possibly emailed? No confirmation of this prior to the event or as of yet.
Just replying on my own comment as an update if anyone reads this. As mentioned by riot staff, skin codes will be e-mailed post event, why they didn’t have the foresight to state this prior to the event was not part of their response. Also gave a generic, “we don’t care” reply to the absolute nothingness that was the Sydney screening. “Sorry to hear about your experience, it may be the case that they won’t send out codes if you got a refund” Correct me if I’m wrong but event cinemas shouldn’t be the ones responsible for delivering codes?
