: tbh who really is going to use this unless the enemy team is like 5 diamond smurfs and you're not even sure if your team got 4 bronze players or whether you got bots. I highly doubt people is most elos will be able to get this sort of surrender in ranked. A unanimous surrender is hard to get, even when your nexus is on 1hp and your team has been aced there is always one person who'll say no as a joke, so I don't think it'll be a big deal and the only times we'll really see it is with 5man premades. This surrender at 15min thing is a nice touch that probably won't ever be used but it was still worth adding.
tbh I think it will occur quite regularly. I have frequently experienced matches where players have experienced connection issues from the start of the game. We have not been able to /remake because they are connected but cannot surrender because they were connected until after the three minute mark. Then we have to sit around for 17 minutes and wait for a surrender. Though more commonly we will open a lane and let the opposition push the nexus down. Actually I would prefer <3min to do /remake, >3min but <15min /surrender but requiring a unanimous vote, and >15min the usual requirment.

: Personally there are things that go beyond this 'quality banter' line you think that phrase sits in and judging from not jusy my perspective but those that have chosen to support this it's not in the safe zone. By starting with the way out of line phrases even if it's restricted to ranked play showing a no tolerance policy is the fastest way to cut the behaviour. I've used a singular phrase here because quite frankly and based on Maraudaurs comment there is no room for this kind of talk in the game. My goal here isn't a singular phrase and although it may seem like it the goal is to improve the player punishment system to give more power to people being flamed. Kill yourself is not friendly banter. There is a line and people need to Learn the line between stirring a little fun and downright flame. This is being supported because it's a great first step whether you agree or not. I'm not going to rip your opinion apart because this is a community everyone's opinions are welcome and we will only get these things realised as a community.

This is an issue of self control. If someone can't control themselves then they need to close the chat window, if that doesn't work they need to not play LoL. Players need to understand that if they make comments such as "Go kill yourself" or "i hope you get cancer and die" that it is of the utmost seriousness and will be revieved by real people who will perma ban. I get angry at other players, to be honest what I get angry about is those players who are toxic and abusive who won't stop their actions when asked. Generally I end up blocking them however it isn't up to me to address someones else behaviour, they need to address their own behaviour or face consequences. I generally find that most people eventually learn to keep their mouth shut once players confront them about their behaviour and unsurprisingly teamwork seems to improve; who would have thought! 99% of people should be given the opportunity to reform however there are certain behaviours which should have a zero tolerance; telling someone to kill themselves or hoping they or their families get cancer should be one of those things. As a school teacher I have a hard enough time trying to teach young people the need to try and live with a degree of civility with others without companies like Riot facilitating a community where such types of negative behaviour are allowed to foster.

: Hey AhriCharm, We definitely agree language like that has no place in our game. The instant feedback system we have designed does punish that sort of language. Here is an excerpt of the punishment structure > **HOW DO PUNISHMENTS WORK?** > Players who are found to be causing a negative game experience are then punished within 15 minutes of the games end. > > **PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:** > First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction > Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction > Third Offense: Two Week Suspension > Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension > However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account. > > **BUT WHAT IF I REFORM? IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO DOWN THE ESCALATION PATH?** > Yes! Players who show consistent reform or show positive behavior in their games will help heal their accounts reputation. You can read more about it here - https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286-Instant-Feedback-System-FAQ- And you can read more about the systems we have here - http://boards.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behaviour/Y9YJ60Fn-player-behaviour-faq In saying that our instant feedback system is still learning and improving and we definitely rely on our players to shape what is and isn't okay in our game. Remember to keep reporting players after game and thank you for helping us create a more sportsmanlike community for out game! It's interesting you say that you agree language such as that has no place in the game. You don't seem overly concerned with the seriousness of comments of this type. Maybe you should keep in mind Blizzard's experience: The case of two Canadian WoW players who killed a classmate and confessed in the game. Both now serving lengthy prison sentences. The case of a WoW player sentenced to a prison sentence for grooming a minor in Wow for sex. In both cases game logs being part of the evidence in the criminal cases. You (Riot) need to be seen to be taking action against this type of behaviour. Sure you might be doing something however if the community doesn't see it then your essentially doing nothing; perception is what matters. Players that make comments such as "Go kill yourself" shouldn't result in a 3 step remediation process. It should be an instant ban; zero tolerance. Recently I played a ranked game with an individual whose account name was "ChildViolator". I don't know about you but I consider that entirely inappropriate. I reported the player for an offensive and inappropriate name. Did I get a message indicating action was taken? Nope. Therefore my conclusion is that action wasn't taken against this individual, as a result their account name was not considered a violation of the EULA. Maybe you should have a think about that. An account called "ChildViolator" not being against the EULA?

I just typed this comment on another thread: "This has been the most stupid event I have ever seen in any video game I have ever played. It got so annoying in the matches I played yesterday that I just logged off mid game. Told my team mates before hand. Sure I was reported, when I logged on I get the LeaveBuster Warning that I need to write "I agree" not to quit or go afk. I will wait till after its over before I do the acknowledgement. Im not going to play LoL whilst its on anyway so there is no point typing "I accept" because if I start a game and there are Draven bobble heads I will just quit again." I don't care if Riot want to suspend my account for going afk. You put stupid/lame things in such as these Draven bobble heads then I just wont play LoL till its gone. If it pops up during a game randomly, give me a button to turn it off, if not then I am quitting. Last until he 4th? Nice..I am not playing LoL till after then.

: No,see this is where the whole issue lies tbh.. So what is toxic.... Asking players to play safer.. Asking players to side ward.... Do you see this as toxic behaviour? Because i dont but players report you for the very same thing ive just said.... Then when you look at there history there whole history is feeding... So when players ask you to do a thing that may stop you from dieing you report them do you? This is a bigger problem and they have had over 8months and still the problem persists.... Do you see the system working? I dont... Take a look at these very forums.... There are posts about this issue all the time..

I wouldn't see that as toxic either. Abusing the team, telling people to fawk off when they ping opponent movements, those that mouth of when the team wants certain objectives pushed, asking a loosing lane to play passive so that other lanes can be aided, telling someone to not push out without wards only to get abuse - that's toxicity. I mostly report people for going afk or quitting the game, seems fairly normative behaviour. The one that I REPORT a lot of is abuse, I have zero tolerance for people abusing others. Actually that would be incorrect I have 1 tolerance for it, the first time I ask them to not do it again, the second time I report post game. I don't utilise chat block in game, as far as I am concerned it isn't my problem to fix, it's theirs. So if a player chooses to abuse me or others constantly through the game I just don't help them in game, I help others. If that results in a loss then that is unfortunate however the only deterrent for individuals constantly demonstrating negative behaviour is for no one to play with them. And I agree in relation to Riot not dealing with actions. Interestingly I have reported a number of players recently for comments in game that I would consider criminal in real life, one player that I have seen a few times often makes comments about children that I find concerning. I have considered for awhile noting the game that it occurs in and downloading the video post game. I will report it to Police, if Riot don't want to address and action behaviour of this type then let them deal with a Police investigation, maybe their lawyers will be more successful in addressing the actions of players. Hopefully Riot will suffer the consequences of allowing illegal actions to occur on their property. I was matching Bjergsen's stream the other night and I heard him and another player discussing how toxic they heard the Oceania server is, I thought that was quit amusing, that it has a reputation even among the pro players for being toxic.
: How about players that abuse the reporting process.. Its very easy to report some 1 for abuse when really the problem lies in the reporters own score... Im sure some 1 will get toxic if players are going 2-12.. There is the problem to start with why punish a reaction from a action another player is having.. Until this is sorted players will be toxic.... Im 1 of them,i hate players that come into the ranked system, and you look at there scores from the past and every single game is like the 1 you just had with them,..... This oh get to rank 30 and play in ranked games needs to be changed....
> [{quoted}](name=CandyVanisClosed,realm=OCE,application-id=3fteLeTW,discussion-id=L65wrRYe,comment-id=0085,timestamp=2015-11-10T05:36:24.435+0000) > > How about players that abuse the reporting process.. So if she years a short skirt... Individuals are responsible for their own actions. If another player's score is annoying you and you feel justified in being toxic then maybe you should walk away from the keyboard for a bit. Regardless of the circumstances, even if another player is abusing you, being toxic, feeding or going AFK you loose the high ground if you choose to then be toxic in return, you become just like them, another abuser, and deserve to be reported exactly as they should be.

Where would I expect to receive emails in relation to reports? The sticky advises "Follow-up notifications for players who reported a player who was punished". I regularly report people for behaviours that I think are inappropriate, such as constantly abusing people, going AFK when surrender votes are unsuccessful, intentionally feeding etc however have yet to see a single email. Unsurprisingly this is all in ranked, Riot should call this game League of Abusers and Trollers; would be more fitting. I presume Riot has such a massive backlog that the email server is unable to get them out to players?

Ranked isn't worth playing. I find more quitters and ragers there than on norms. Bets thing Riot could do would be to implement bans to norms..that would be awesome.

Instead of looking after veterans who are disabled and impaired, lettting many live on the street we bring in immigrants and pay them more than we give those who serve our country. Depends on what type of immigrants you're talking about. For example the overseas students (who might be immigrants), who in some cases they are actually taking way more out of their pocket for the same thing Australians are buying. Such as education for one, averagely (or so I heard) they are paying 4 times the fees local kids are paying. Then there are bus tickets, health care etc. But then you have refugees, I mean sure, they definitely suffer a lot back in their homes and the trip across sea must have been detrimental. But sometimes I just think a country should take priorities. In this case between homeless veterans and refugees, I think the country should fix the former's problems before attempting the latter. Getting your hands twisted from doing too many things at once is never good. I am not saying to just kick the refugees back, because that's just not cool from both moral and economical point of view. However I think, just a thought that after they're settled down with basic equipments, the gov should come back and do some proper house cleaning before going out to invite people in. Not sure if I'd get bombed for saying this tho.
I agree. I am not saying don't support refugees; just don't provide refugees with more than what we provide our own citizens. Personally I'd like to see the money we provide to refugees, in the form of rental assistance and other benefits, in the same vein as a university HECS loan. Soon as you start to earn money you start to pay it back.

Just wanted to jump in and provide some information here. 1) Players are not able to start another game when they leave until the game they left has finished. Until the game has finished they will be given an option to reconnect to the game but cannot start another game. 2) We also have Leaver Buster in place for players who leave games you can read more about it here - https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752714-LeaverBuster-FAQ "You will be placed in the low priority queue for 5 games. If you continuously leave, the low priority queue timers increase from 5 minutes per game to 20 minutes per game."

That is imo wrong. Because being poor is an economic condition (well, capitalism what you gonna do about it), and not of character. If today it wasn't him sitting there, then it would be someone else, it's simply an endless vicious cycle. That's why if you don't mind, giving some of your change to the poor isn't a bad thing, as long as you can afford it and ofc, feel like it. The next step would be somehow educating them to use their money effectively for their own situation, which I hope there are government/organisation that actually cares enough to do so. Most of them spend their money for crap and behave like idiots because they really have no idea about literally anything, it's really not surprising to notice that most of them do in fact not have any substantial education background, nor was their experience with parents reasonably fair a lot of times. It really isn't just an issue of "dem poor people and their unsightly look/attitude", but rather they are byproducts of many big issues that are going on, and only fixing those issues can truly deal with the beggar/poor problems.
I agree Sekai. I donate money to a charity that helps homeless veterans. One guy lost his right leg from an IED, ended up with PTSD, lost his family, his home, everything in the divorce. Now he lives in a tent wherever he can before people move him on.
: Let’s talk about the Server Skin
Sadly, whilst I agree with the concept I wouldn't want charity to go to any of those listed. I would prefer money to go the homeless, especially veterans. And if I was going to provide to those charities I would choose particular ones myself. For example I agree in supporting Medical Research into cancer however I would not donate to breast cancer as other cancers such as pancreatic have much higher mortality rates.

: lol the 13 year olds are the ones that are toxic and if you read the rules i think it stats that you must be 14 to play so any 13 year olds should not be on the game getting abused and harassed and if i was to call you a littlie bitch in the real world tell me are you gona go and tell the cops no your going to shrug it off and walk away if you cant take a littlie hate then don't play this world is hate get over it
Not at all mate. But if you were to threaten to beat my head in I would report you to the police, if you racially abused me I would report you to the police and if you were utilising language which suggested you were involved in pedaphilic activity I would most definately report you to the police. Racial vilification, pedaphillia are crimes that should be investigated and the individual punished by the law. If LoL, whether it is Riot's forums or the game servers themselves then they contain evidence of criminal acts. I know quite a few children that play LoL, WoW, Eveonline, DOTA and so on that are bullied and abused online. The people that bully them know who they are in school, they bully them at school and they bully them online out of school. Their only recourse not to be bullied is to not play online games. As far as I am concerned that isn't an acceptable outcome. The mechanisms which prevent individuals being harrassed, abused and bullied should be strengthened. And if the facilitators of those actions choose not to deal with behaviors which in many cases is criminal they should be punished as well.
: yes but this is not real life just mute them if you think it is that's a littlie sad
Communication is a key to success in LoL, it's a team game after all. And muting someone inhibits communication. And it isn't a players problem to avoid being abused. They should not be the ones that are reducing their game experience because of the behaviour of others. All players deserve the right to have free communication in game, no one should be the subject of abuse, threats and harassment by others. And it is real life mate. LoL is a game that is played utilising a communications network. Threats of violence, pedophilia, racial vilification are all crimes under Australian law. Those individuals that choose to perform those activities are committing a crime utilising the telecommunications network. Your comment reflects a common misconception - that what happens online isn't real life. You will find that is not the case, DDNS attacks, physical threats of individuals in online games as already resulted in a number of people being convicted of criminal acts. There is substantial case evidence and research from around the world that demonstrates the games such as LoL, Eveonline, DOTA have all been utilised to harass and bully children in schools. The problem with all these games is that they mix together people of various ages, you can have 13yr old's teamed in LoL with 40+ yr olds. Children are not equipped to deal with abuse and harass in these games, nor should they be. So if RIOT want to make a game where people of all ages can play and communicate together then they need to ensure that the community in which it occurs is both safe and lawful.
: Honestly League is really close to pushing a lot of people away. The sad thing is, if i am not playing in a 5 man premade with friend's, there is at least one toxic shit stain on my team, these guys are never chat restricted, yet the people i hear about being chat restricted, is more friendly banter then anything. Not to mention that you can get a ban for abusing someone who is deliberate feeding and take a ban for that (Videogamedunkey was banned for 2 weeks for abusing someone who was deliberate feeding and Riot wouldn't unban him so he could just finish his video, might i add with a shitty riot reply.) yet that intentional feeder wouldn't have gotten picked up until recently (this is assuming Rito's new system works, i somehow doubt it.) Short of this shit is Riot needs to fix their system properly and not just keep going to psychology seminar's thinking they are good, if you ever played this damn game, you would realize your full of shit. Hell **if** i got my GF into this game on a brand new account (she has already played a few games on mine because she wanted to see what it was like, and was never outside a bot game, i recall at least one person said something rude to her even though she didn't notice it) she would be abused beyond belief, just because she is fucking new to the game, and that's on new accounts.
Whilst I can appreciate the sentiment personally I have no problem with the dude being banned for two weeks. It sounds like the player was going to feed regardless so what was abusing them going to achieve? A turn around of behaviour? If someone feeds..why not ask them to stop? Why CHOOSE to abuse them? A feeder is shite, I agree, but someone that feels feeding is an excuse for abuse is worse. Sounds like RIOT did a good thing with Videogamemonkey.
: do you have anything installed for the trolls that go anivea and wall a player all game as there is no way to report them as its not a rule I have a idea if you were abol to do a chat command like /troll just for example and it wold tell I rioter that there is a troll in the game and they would join the game and see all message's sent it would not tell any one but the one who sed /troll and they can talk to the rioter who and what they are doing lets face it riot has the money to employ some random to do this hell I would do it for free
lol..some of these champ skills can be so troll right? How many times have I been eaten by Tahm Kench and spat into the enemy tower or had Kalista try to throw me to tower dive simply because they were loosing lane and didn't want to play anymore. Annoying as..ruins the game..but hey in the end, for me anyway, it's a rarity that I look back at and laugh about.
: Personally i dont fully understand what the problem is here. Yes i agree chat restriction is somewhat counter-productive but other than that just mute toxic players and ignore and/or just tough out the ones that troll. Theres not a single game that doesnt have trolls that play just to get under your skin. It's not entirly right to just tell everyone to "have thick skin" but come on, what do you do when someone annoys you on the bus or train? you just ignore it and let them pass, same basic concept.
Arata, Actually if someone threatens me or another passenger on the train. Or racially abuses someones, or is overheard making pedophilic comments they get reported to the train authorities or police. I consistently see transit police detaining people on trains for abusive language and foul language, I have watched them get tickets for their actions and in a not to uncommon situation "fail the attitude test" and end up in hand cuffs. Your partially right when you say that "it's not entirely right to just tell everyone to "have thick skin" ", I would say it's not right at all. Even should we all toughened up and let abuse wash over us - it's still abuse and it's still unacceptable. I agree with you in relation to chat restriction. I have no doubt that in many of the games where I have chat blocked people and we have lost that it is because of the effect of reduced communication. Personally I always let my team mates know that I have chat blocked someone so that they are aware that team communication is going to be reduced.

Here’s how it works: > First offense: 10 game chat restriction > Second offense: 25 game chat restriction > Third offense: 2 week ban > Fourth offense: Permanent ban
I don't agree Marauder. I honoured this player because he was genuinely quite friendly during the game. However after I did so he started with the verbal abuse, physical threats and paedophilic comments. There was no way for me to report this member for these actions. As once I had honoured him for being friendly the report icon was inaccessible. I have looked for a ticket option to report via another means and there is no category for abuse, violent threats and paedophilic comments. RIOT facilitates this behaviour and tacitly approves of it by not having an effective means to stop it. The continued occurrence of such behaviour, and I see it on a fairly regular basis, I would think should be quite concerning for RIOT. You guys are providing a community in which abuse, racial vilification, threats of violence and death are commonplace. You may think that this behaviour is simply anti-social - may I point out that some of it is actually criminal acts and you as an orgainisation are culpable in those acts because you do not stop it. If you think that behavior of that type is normative and consistent with that which is accepted both socially and legally in normal society you guys need a re-calibration of your moral compass and maybe should consider employing some adults in your board room. I have personally reported a number of people for comments such as "I hope your kids catch cancer and die" or "If I knew where you lived I would come and kick your head in", you think that's normal and appropriate? I definitely don't and from many of the posts I see on the boards neither does the rest of the community. However you CHOOSE to do nothing about it. Not once, as in NEVER, have I EVER received an email feedback, as was indicated on posts in relation to behaviour reform, about individuals being punished for such behaviour. What this means is that RIOT either did not punish said individuals or does not want the community to know how actions are being handled. Your organisation has no transparency - you have created an environment where people are free to abuse, demean, threaten and vilify others at whim with zero cost. It is common place in matches that when players are asked to stop their abuse they tell you "To fawk off, report me..I wont get banned anyway". Personally I have a list of players that I have reported for various types of abuse which I have on an Excel spreadsheet. Each time I enter champ select I check my team mates against that list. If I see one that I have previously have reported for abuse then I apologise to my other team mates, let them know that I will be not selecting a champ because I won't play with player XXXX because of XXXX. I take a time ban for doing so..wish I didn't but hey atleast I don't have to tolerate such players. If RIOT as an organisation doesn't intend to stop abuse and other such types of behaviour then you should provide a means that we as the players can CHOOSE not to play with certain people. I would happily wait extra time in que if, as a result of every negative report I made, the pool of players I could be matched with was reduced. When I first started playing this game I used to spent dollars with you buying skins or champs..now days I don't spent my money on skins..why should I give you coin when you won't make a community where anti social behaviour is minimal. Fine you don't want to fix the issues, then I won't give you my money..fix the issues and I might start spending coin with you. It's a great game but its a toxic milieu. The game has an ESRB rating of teen for fawks sake..TEEN!! 13 and up..threats of violence, abuse, pedophilia, homorphobia..normative? Seriously?

: Hello Riot, I'm an abusive player.
I agree absolutely. I played a match the other day and a playerw as constantly abusive after the match. Here are a few choice comments from my screen capture: *******: r u fuckin stupid *******: ur all **** lol *******: im done talking to someone with downs *******: fight me if ur so big *******: stop sucking ur dad u inbred **** *******: fuckin moron *******: ur dad fucked u harder than a prostitute on a good night *******: just u aids ridden fucks piss me off What I think is most concerning is that RIOT facilitate this sort of behaviour by not removing people from the game that constantly participate in this sort of behaviour. In a way I would suggest that RIOT actually give a green light to it by not doing anything about it. Maybe it's just a lack of care, not enough staff or of most concern - maybe RIOT staff don't think there is anything wrong with people who like to espouse the comments such as which posted above.

: Player Behaviour FAQ (updated for Instant Feedback)
What is the mechanism for reporting individuals for abuse, threats upon life and paedophilia? I was recently in a game in which a particular player was reasonably friendly to all. At the end of the game I Honoured him for friendly however after that he began to abuse people in the team, makes physical threats of violence to them and make multiple paedophilic comments. As I honoured this player I was unable to report them. I have a screen capture of the post game match results as well as a chat log of the comments. Is there a way to lodge tickets via another means? This player at the very minimum needs to spend awhile away from the game and really needs some help.

: HUD THOUGHTS:
I'd prefer to have the option to turn it back to the old HUD. The new one has the feeling of being a bit "kiddy", like I am playing a Sponge Bob Square Pants game.

: Lyte has a good post about this, which I'm going to quote below: > There's a couple things that could be happening: > > 1) The players haven't generated enough incidences of toxicity to be banned, as players aren't usually banned from just 1 game of chatlogs. > > 2) The player is in queue to be banned, but we're rolling systems out over time so we aren't simply crashing servers with the additional load on the servers. > > 3) The reporter's report weights are low because they reported inaccurately too often in the past, so the system has decided it needs more data to punish a player beyond just the reporter's report. > > 4) All new systems launch in a more conservative state, and ramp up aggressively over time--this is solely to minimize false positives, and so we can monitor the system carefully in the first few weeks. > > The reason people aren't seeing as many Report Feedbacks as they probably should is probably one of the four reasons above, and should continue to improve over time as we make the system more aggressive and more accurate. In fact, we're going to be adding the next "tier" of aggressiveness and Intentional Feeding Bans to the system in the next week or so. Reddit link here: http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/3cf5ky/i_have_never_seen_the_successful_player/csveq4e
Then clearly Lyte's post is incorrect. It says on his post that "the system fires a reform card through email, sharing the chat log of the offending player (we scrub the other player's names and chat logs) and the punishment for the behavior." Since I have received no email with respect to either of my reports, one of which is at least three weeks old, I can only conclude that it is not being actioned. Punishment is different to guilt, Riot may choose not to punish the individual for their actions however that does not mean they are not guilty of those actions. I would have expected, in line with Lyte's post, that I would have received an email indicating that, for example, the member was deemed guilty of abuse however not punished; that would be an acceptable outcome as we, the players whom you make money from, could clearly see that action was being taken. Justice needs to be seen to be done as the old saying goes. With respect to your third point, in regards to "crashing servers", disabling an individuals account for a particular period of time crashes servers? Odd. Personally the reason I feel that people do not see report feedback is either as per your point two, that Riot have insufficient resources applied to the task, or that you don't consider abuse and such a major issue. I and many other who comment on these forums have noted individuals who constantly abuse, racially vilify, threaten to kill other players or their families or utilise homophobic slurs. The continuance of these sort of behaviors clearly demonstrates that Riot either tacitly condones or is culpable in those behaviours. I find this quite disturbing given that many of the behaviors which Riot continue to allow on their servers in many jurisdictions are criminal acts punishable under the Law. The ongoing issues of abuse and toxicity within this game, especially on Oceania, demonstrates that there is no "adult in the room" during Riot's discussions with respect to negative behavior. I would advise that you consider refining the existing protocols for dealing with abuse, homophobia and death threats before you worry about "Intentional Feeding Bans"; probably should reflect upon why, regardless of the new measures you put in place, that people are still reporting negative behavior.

: Player Behaviour FAQ (updated for Instant Feedback)
Hello. I have recently reported two individuals however have received no feedback as was advised in the "New player reform system heads into testing" post by Lyte. The first individual was for homophobic comments throughout the game. I asked the individual to stop on at least one occassion and they continued. The second report was for an individual that abused members of our team. I told the player a number of times that their abuse didnt contribute to the game and asked them to stop. Whilst the player did for a short period they continued again even though I asked them to keep their mouth shut if they felt the need to abuse people. Will I receive feedback on what action has been taken with respect to these reports? Will I only receive a response if the individual/s are punished or will I receive feedback even if they were not-punished?

I am having two problems since the patch. The first, after I have logged on and select "Play" the client disappears. I can see the process is running in Task Manager but I cannot switch to it. So far the only way around it that I have found is to run the lol.launcher.admin file in administrator mode. The second problem I am having is that every time I open the client it checks files at the top of the screen. It takes about 5 min each time then offers me the Log On screen. Never downloads anything, just checks each time.
