Still an obscenely strong passive. Like that passive is so good it's almost worthy of being its own champion. 25% bonus damage and 20% bonus lifesteal on two champions. Imagine a full AP morgana AND say a Veigar. A standard veigar gets ~1000 AP. You're talking about a 250 AP boost onto that Veigar, as well as a ~100 AP boost onto the AP morgana AND 20% lifesteal per person. Literally just coordinate to stay close and you permanently have it as well. Jhin sticks out as an obscene offender since he hits 600-800 AD in a game, so for him, he could not build a BloodThirster and still end up with better stats than if you did. Like, we're talking a 6 item Jhin with higher stats than a 7 item Jhin, PERMANENTLY

Sivir and Ezreal. Don't die. Both usually scale better provided they go even, both are safe. If you're dying in lane as either you're probably not going to win many games. Then just follow the meta build on probuilds or mobafire or whatever. AFK adc farming isnt that overpowered though, you'll still lose plenty of games from assassins scaling early and you having no damage till mid-late

I dont agree with idea 2. That stuff sounds way too oppressive on a champ that already is pretty powerful. Whilst yes her passive isnt very strong, the Q and E are both incredibly strong abilities. Especially the W and E rank 5 buffs. No need to add more cc onto the champ, especially not grounded cc against a champ with a 3 second root that can be chained into a 1.5 second stun and the E changes are even more obnoxious, punishing dive/melee champs that already lost any of their potential CC to black shield, now they can also be rooted into Q and R.
: Starting off a small youtube/streaming channel - Tips?
Couple Things and forgive me for being blunt but: 1. Low quality videos aren't going to get you far, in this day and age people can easily find better content with higher quality than 480p 2. No mic is another big no-no, people don't like watching streams of low elo players without even a mic to offer some levity. 3. Streaming on YouTube isn't great for a new channel, maybe switch to Twitch and look for ways to improve the quality (overlays, music, alerts, etc) to atleast match what others are doing 4. Longer highlight clips, 7-12 minutes is a good estimate to aim for. Short clips like that with no fanbase won't get much traction in the current algorithm. If you make longer, quality highlight reels you can also post to some forums online to get some views and you'll appear in the YouTube recommended 5. You're low elo, you need to be funny. Simple as that, people either watch because you're funny or skilled. The only other time is if people want to find others to duo with. EDIT: Apparently you do have a mic, you need to talk then. If people do happen to stumble across the stream and you aren't saying anything whats the incentive to stay. Furthermore, avoid streaming while tilted. Nobody wants to watch someone who's tilted

I know its lame, but you finished Silver 1 last season, getting any higher off placements is very unlikely. Still, whilst you are playing against gold 2 thats not necessarily bad. Obviously it's not fun if you cant win but if you stick with it eventually your mmr will move down to around gold 3-4 and you should start winning games and climb. On-top of this if you do win at gold 2 mmr you'll climb quickly.

Those that hardcore ranked at season start but also want to play ARURF, have a chance to do both. People have the chance to get back into the ranked swing before a new champ gets thrown into the mix. People have a chance to digest a crapton of new information in smaller more manageable chunks. Each release gets it's own spotlight and appreciation rather than some things getting shoved behind everything else. Etc, etc.

There's no reason not to release URF for the weekend period, if it's going to last 1-2 weeks then those who want to hardcore ranked can still do it and play URF. Riot for some stupid reason decided to push everything back. Ranked should have started Wednesday, Sylas Thursday, Skins Friday, URF Saturday. This issue goes back to Riot wasting the longest preseason we've had on non-existent changes. And then dumping a bunch of pretty huge changes right at season start.

False reports are meaningless, as is the number of reports in all but the most extreme circumstances. All that matters is if at least one of those reports are valid or not. To be permanently suspended for behaviour, you have to have received at least a 14 day suspension, and often 2 chat restrictions before that. I see alot of people saying that the more people who report then the higher chance you get banned, thats not the case. It's an automated system that responds to all reports it's not a human with any bias or prejudice. The only cases where quantity matters are in cases like the Singed support with smite case. That guy was reported in a majority of his games over a long period but his actions werent able to be detected by the system so a real person had to step in, the average player won't experience this. In addition to rank/skill shaming its worth mentioning that calling for players to be reported is also considered toxic.

: Seems like it was completely random rather than 50/50. Vast majority of people seem to have received losses. Right now the priority is getting it actually back up and running. Anything beyond that is going to have to wait unfortunately. We'll likely know more on compensation and the like when Mindstar does.

Thats not what I said, I said the system was designed to hold more than enough for NA and EU. The problem is there was some problem that caused it to crash. It's why they havent fixed it yet because they dont know whats wrong.

The 4th place orbs were automatic, they haven't said anything about compensation as of yet but you can expect you'll likely receive something
: Just curious, we all had to register 30 minutes prior to the time the tournament started. Seems to me like the server crash was because the servers couldn't handle the amount of games starting. If we all had to register, would you not have a number of how many teams were playing? Like legit, I find it funny that we had to register, you had the numbers, you had the amount of games that would be starting. Yet it was still allowed to go ahead? Are you not aware of how many games your servers can handle? Half of your OCE players have now been excluded from the reward system because of a giant mess up on your part.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you're part of the community team and don't have a huge part in the engineering department. Either way, I think it's really unfair for people to put so much shit on you for what ultimately wasn't entirely your fault. Stay strong.

I'm not asking to be unbanned, i'm just pointing out that this toxicity is prevalent in all areas of the game. The people in that game were flaming as well, I was flaming, people I Q with flame and I even admit I have been more toxic than the chat logs chose to ban me. This game slowly wears down players because the whole community is toxic
