: Hey, thanks for flagging this! If you can let me know what champion it features, I'll find it and clean it up. I do check entries for plagiarism (and blacklist the folk who try to cheat) but there's always a couple that slip through the first round of checks >:(
The one I noticed was the one with all the yordles on the path area (I think its the one TTP Trojan Fox mentioned so you probably got it already).

: Oceanic Artathon Round Two - Vote Now!
Hi, I was looking through the entries for this contest (Which are all amazing!) but one of them has caused me to be a bit concerned. I recognized it from an artist I follow in America who drew that piece at least four years ago. I just wanted to give the people running this contest a heads up, in case it hadn't been brought to your attention yet. Please message me if you need any more details.
: Sure! So long as it feels like a League story, and has a strong tie to current available skins. This is a League of Legends FanFic contest after all!
Does it have to be currently available skins. I kinda want to write a story about the new April Fools skins coming out soon. Would that be all right?
: Pretty sure no matter what the system is someone's going to be upset, but the biggest thing an internal panel brings is that it's a bit more official and doesn't feel like a popularity contest. That said, most of the winners so far I've had no problem with (though just like Hyoton I have noticed 1 or 2 each contest that I feel don't really deserve to be in the top number). Personally, I've enjoyed the Facebook voting system the best. While it's not fool-proof it's mostly fair/transparent, not to mention it's really easy for players to just casually find and browse the artwork, plus I really like that I can vote for other pieces that I think are really good and not just my own.
The other thing with an internal panel is it would kind of make the shortlist redundant and in my very biased opinion I would be sad to see that go.

: Hi Hyoton, Thanks for providing your feedback. I would be interested to hear about how you and the others feel we should pick winners in the future. Art is quite subjective and with the awesome varying art styles you all have it is difficult to pin down an objective judging method for all the different styles. This is why in the past we have allowed our players to vote, we try to mitigate the popularity aspect of it by raising awareness in our client (lots of players voting who may not know any artists, vs just the artists friends voting). Would you all prefer an internal panel? or do you like the voting part and just want something that has no loop holes?

: Ive gotten into all the shortlists since the ocean week contest in 2015 (except the pixel one) but ive never gotten into the top 10 necause the voting stage is never on my side 😂 Its top 3 now so its even more difficult. Even though losing can be discouraging, its always good to persevere! These contests have made me better my art skills by heaps 😊 Goodluck to you! Your piece looks great and you are definitely deserving of more votes!
The first one I entered was the 2015 Ocean Week Contest too :). These art contests are great fun and I really love how much they've pushed me as an artist. But you're right it can be disheartening when you lose. Just got to remember that art is pretty subjective and all of the entries are of a really high standard (something my boyfriend has to remind me of every time :P). Plus just getting shortlisted is a really high achievement when you think about it. Out of all of Oceania our art was picked, that's pretty impressive.

: Thank you so much for the support! <3 this is my fifth contest and ive never gotten into the winning shortlist XD
Haha, I know the feels. I've had a pretty similar experience but I got in on the last contest (the pixel art one). Good luck :), your picture looks amazing!
: I just saw this, then saw Candlestics name Shes a Fanfic writer, makes dank fanfics. You can find her on Fanfiction.net, her name is name is Candlestic And idk how to vote, so i vote for candlestic :)
Thanks so much :), I was really happy with how it turned out.
: > “PLEASE MISS, SUCH LANGUAGE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR A LADY TO BE HEARD USING. MAY I OFFER YOU A FEW CHILD-FRIENDLY REPLACEMENTS?” Flip, this was a thoroughly enjoyable read from start to finish! You're absolutely spot-on with your portrayal of Blitzcrank - I suppose accidental acts of cruelty and complete ignorance of fleshling's pain aren't really appropriate for the genre you were trying to achieve - and you excellently applied existing lore material into your original story. By any chance, have you read the [Blitzcrank <3 Orianna Comic](http://imgur.com/a/swG5V)? It is a bit 'darker', but all the same, these sort of pieces just make me glad Blitzcrank is part of the league, ey?
Thank you :). No, while I am aware that Blitzcrank has the potential to hurt fleshlings due to a lack of understanding I really wanted to capture the human like nature in a robot body, sweet air Blitzcrank has about him. Yes I have! It is beautiful a beautiful piece (both in look and feel), even if it is a bit dark. And you're right, it's pieces like these that make the two of them such great champions to get to know :).

: Meddler, Lead Champion Designer Q&A
Hi Meddler :). I wanted to ask, as a 'main' character designer, how much of the champion do you oversee? Eg. game play, look, lore, etc. Which parts are more personal and which do you sort of give to someone else to have some free reign and come back with something. Also, are there parts of champions that you struggle to make work?
