: I want Elementalist Lux?
For me it's the most beautiful 'fantasy' skin out there, especially since it's an ultimate skin. For example, DJ Sona is modern, Pulsefire is futuristic, I guess SGU is fantasy but it's not as 'magic themed'. I'd totally get Elementalist Lux myself if I would use Lux more but I'm currently obsessing over Talon :P But yeah definitely, Elementalist Lux is absolutely beautiful, definitely my favorite ultimate skin so far. {{champion:99}} {{champion:99}} {{champion:99}} {{champion:99}}

: Lucian has the lowest winrate among ADC's
Does he? That's unfortunate, I always viewed him as one of the funnest ADCs to play despite his relative weakness.
: Would Anger Outside Of The Game Affect My Gameplay?
You need new friends. Regardless of League, life is too short to try stay with people who don't treat you correctly. Blocking them would make them pick on you more if they notice it. Not blocking them might allow them to pick on you in game. There's no real way out of it other than: you need new and real friends. I learnt this myself the hard way. There was a 'popular' guy in school who was popular due to his elo (he's a year younger than me (and my year at the time was the year group with the most LoL players) and he was at Diamond a few years ago). As a casual player who liked to help others, they made fun of mey and picked on me for 'trying to help even though I'm low elo', despite the things I help with have little to no relation to elo such as lore, simple ability usage or camp timers. Because of this I gave up on my entire year group and started to hang out with people both older than me and younger than me; I then found proper friends who treated me like a person. Now to look back, the 'popular' guy made it to Challenger but now has a terrible reputation; everyone says and knows he has a girlfriend due to his elo and isn't really in a balanced relationship; he's more of the girl's 'man bitch' because she's so bossy. Recently they broke up and now the 'popular' guy is forever alone whereas most of the LoL players in my year group have came back to me and have pursued their own interests and passions. Basically to sum it up, the 'popular' guy had his popularity backfire on him since he has no real direction in life now other than being a pro gamer whereas everyone else matured along with me and accepted how childish they were back then. People now treat everyone else as they should. Not only that, but I've found my own direction whilst still being able to (and enjoying) be a casual gamer who constantly helps people through their issues that may or may not be League related. If you're finding it hard to 'let go' of your current 'friends', it's different for everyone. I was able to make my decision in a split second; at a blink of an eye, but everyone's different and if you find it hard, it's normal. You need to have the courage to stand up for yourself; not up against them to compete with them, but to let go and carry on with your own path, to not let them burden you. The most important lesson I've learnt in life isn't to stand up for myself to go against the friction others exert on you, but to stand up for yourself to be true to who you are, and not let these people affect your path. Hope this helps in more ways than just League.

: Im not saying you're right or wrong. Im just saying that people can convince themselves that Yasuo is balanced... You say: "New talon: 3 hit passive" and just pass it off like that. completely ignoring that the bleed does upwards of 800 damage... which is tons more damage than the old passive ever did. New talon does far more damage than the old one (by far!) The new talon doesn't really have any more or less counterplay than the old one _(at least not for the people who need it like the ADC)_ he still deletes squishies in under half a second, regardless of what you do. The new talon is harder and more interesting than the old one, which in my opinion makes him better. But to be clear, his counterplay is hardly more noticeable than the old one.
New Talon does have more counterplay (relatively) than old Talon, not much more, but more. Either way, old Talon's combo is relatively static and doesn't offer much flexbility whereas now new Talon can use his E in different ways to combo differently. I think my favorite is catching someone over a wall with Q (1 stack), using R out and W (3 stacks), AAing for passive and jumping back over the wall as your W and R come back to you (and thus through them again). Of course that's situational as well but new Talon is more flexible, that's for sure.
: Why the new Talon is 'healthier' than the old Talon
I thought he was considered weak or something.. Here's my 2 cents on the topic now that I play Talon a ton His Q seems more innovative since the damage is there but you can also choose between mobility or damage. His old Q was a bit boring and too simple to use. His W has more counterplay just because of the delay and relatively smaller cone size but also landing both portions of damage is more rewarding since it has more base and scaling than old Talon (I think). His old E was far too generic, and although I must say his pre-rework 'new E' was weaker than his pre-rework 'old E' since it slowed for 99% rather than his old old silence (which actually made him notorious), his new E does now require planning as you said and gives him map presence to the extreme without needing to make him another champion with some form of global TP (or very very long range TP like Panth or TF). Lastly I dunno about you but his R seems pretty much the same so yeah. The old old Talon was notorious which got nerfed (his pre-rework 'new E') with the slow but I always felt like that slow was pretty much pointless since your W and Q couldn't be used at the same time (for good reason). Like you would E to them and by the time you Q them for the dmg they could've walked to point blank range which then your W would've been hard to hit, or else you could E to them, use W first and then Q which apparently I was the only person doing it back then. The new Talon doesn't have to worry about trying to proc Q when he had his 'Mercy' passive so that means more flexibility in ability usage. Also since he was a '4 ability' assassin and now his E made him a '3 ability' assassin, his damage actually isn't as notorious as people say he is. But since his E is essentially 'situational' mobility (e.g. you can't just dash freely like Lucian or Shen) his Q makes up for that in terms of being a target dash which again you can choose between damage or mobility. Basically i feel like the new Talon is what Riot envisioned all assassins to be, someone who does apply burst damage if used correctly, needs planning so they don't just 'see someone and burst them' and most of all, a proper 'flanker' due to his E. All in all he is healthier for sure, but depending on what people want or need, he may need some minor number changes, but his new kit is definitely here to stay. By the way I know I shouldn't base it entirely on this but to the people who say Talon's OP: his winrate is hovering around 46% to 48%

Oh god someone's been stalking my match history.... I'm just an ultimate filthy casual player, the only reason why I play Talon so much is because of how fun the rework made him; fits my playstyle entirely. But yeah it's been a blast! Knowing I was one of the first people on the Oceanic server is really cool. I only have one question though I was going to send to Riot Support but I might as well ask you now. So apparently when you transfer to a new server you can choose a new summoner name (I don't remember what it was when I came over to Oceanic Server 3 years ago). I want to change it back to 'airaze' which I started off with back in late S2 and I was thinking whether that name will be available when I get back there. For example right now I can search up 'airaze' on LoLKing and it'll show up my old account back on NA server; will that name be available for me to change to? Considering it's already 3 years old and inactive. Thanks Maraudaur! {{champion:91}} {{champion:91}} {{champion:91}} {{champion:91}} {{champion:91}} {{champion:91}}

: Rito milking the skin sales again
No one's forcing you to buy anything, Riot's making more skins for people who want them to buy. They'll get to the other champions with less skins for sure, only reason now being that their design requires more than usual to be up to standard due to their natural design
: They haven't no. I have my doubts about getting 10 splash arts. Maybe another 4 for the main, or maybe a second for darkness, but highly unlikely all 10 of them. The themes are so vastly different between them it'd pretty much be a brand new splash art for each just with similar compositions as far as pose and background go. But like you, I'd love to have 10 new splash arts, I love the splashes Riot does. I'm just not holding out much hope :P
Well if Riot wants to up their game :P
Rioter Comments
: Getting S scores and chests are really easy, I find that getting key fragments is much harder due to the random drop, when I play regularly I stack up chests and have no keys, right now I have 9 chests and no keys/fragments. which will take ages to unlock as I would have to win my next 27 games, as champions that I own, and get a key fragment every single time, which is as far as I know about the key drop rates, impossible or nearly impossible, and I would probably get more chests during those games. If you want more hextech loot, play with larger groups, as riot stated that keys drop more with more people and when in a premade, if any one of the people in the premade earns an S you are eligible for a chest( I think you need to be playing a champ you own and haven't had a chest on yet), which obviously massively increases your chances of getting a chest if you have 3-5 players in the premade. I'm not a statistician but queuing up in large premades seems to me to be the best way of getting loot.
In other words, if you're really good of course you can use skill but someone like me I hardly venture out of my champion pool so I'm 'done' for this season (e.g. I'll never get an S with someone like uhh Mordekaiser but who knows I might get one on ARAM somehow, so that's a chest that I would've never got since I don't play Morde)
H3LLRAZ3R (OCE)
: IP points
That's never going to happen considering pro players have up to 500000IP or more, and gifting IP would mean that new players don't have to play as much to get certain champions. Besides, it can also be counted (somewhat) as 'gift to win' for things like runes. So whether you're willing or not, Riot will never implement that due to the fact that essentially it's hurting their business by 'allowing players to not need to play as much since others are working the IP for them'.
Rioter Comments
: >Basically, just play ARAMs. I have chests on like 40 champions, and own all of them, maybe from the start of the season this works, but towards the end of a season this isn't helpful advice (as a note the chests reset at the start of the season.)
Oh yeah that also depends on how many champions you don't have chests on. I have 97% of the champions but I only have chests on 20% of the champions cuz I hardly venture out of my current champion pool so this helps me get random chests every now and then.

No worries! And no I've always dreamed of a League of Legends 'Skyrim' but something tells me due to the sequence of things, the lore might be a bit inconsistent and playing as over 100+ different champions with their own set of lore will be a huge challenge, it's like over 100+ mods on Skyrim or something. But still, I'd love a mobile game connected to League somehow where perhaps progress in the mobile game can result in free stuffs in LoL, whether that be hextech loot or Summoner Icons; or go one step further and dedicate a skin based on the mobile game! Basically SMITE has a god called Nemesis and you can unlock a 'Leona JPF' skin if you play through the first 50 levels of JPF (JetPack Fighter, it's incredibly fun and highly recommended). It could totally be something to do with LoL's arcade skin theme. But eh, we're going off on a tangent from the main post. I'll stop now xD

: hahaha alright thanks for the help, have you sent in any art-work before? I would love to see it.
It's been a while since I asked for RP, it was a picture of Teemo though
: The unseen champ. Does he need a rework?
Now that you've brought Nocturne to our attention, I do agree, he's not 'underwhelming' but a really 'un-included' champion, like not 'forgotten' but 'overlooked'. I do wish he gets a rework cuz his kit just seems unimportant; except for his ultimate, his ultimate can stay forever
: New Cursor Idea
Perhaps more customization in terms of cosmetics? That can fair further business for Riot as well. Though they really need to implement larger cursor sizes because with my MacBook Pro's Retina display with 'high resolution' on League of Legends the cursor size stays scaled and thus becomes insanely small...Riot if you're reading this, look into this
: I mean, you can easily rebind whatever you want at the start of a game.
That'll truly take far too long I feel
: Keybinds
This is actually the most interesting thing I've seen about keybinds. This is actually quite interesting, like there's no other word to describe it. I'd think it'd be insanely difficult to implement but I actually think it's possible. I'm thinking maybe start off with the 'fundamental' ones like QWERSDF. I can imagine it to be like a 'main' poke ability key, a 'main' mobility key, like a lot of champions have mobility on E like Lucian or as you said, Cait or Wukong or Shen. It'd be helpful definitely to have our own custom mappings for different champions. Depending on what's left in the future, but we could potentially stretch that out to different maps and perhaps even implemented like Item Sets (if they're every going to be a thing again).
: Gifting?
It's in the same place on the legacy client but as for now currently gifting is disabled on the new client. This is most likely due to the fact that the new client is still in beta and there could be possible bugs with gifting.

A free roam game like Skyrim would be absolutely huge; huge to the scope where unfortunately I don't think it's going to be implemented as a game anytime soon since there's too much potential and thus expectations. I mean, you gotta admit, that idea is quite 'out there' don't you think?

Even a rubbish MS Paint fan art would do, like it doesn't have to be of any standard at all. Riot just likes to have fun with the community. : Free Roam Game
So like a lore adventure? I can see some form of boss fights that could be training. For example depending on who you play you could have like a Freljord map (yes I know about ARAM) where the boss shoots out projectiles for us to train in juking. It'd be cool for it to be lore friendly I suppose, like if you're from Bilgewater it's on a pirate ship and as whoever you could be hitting a target as well as 'CSing' normal pirates and 'dodging' cannon balls. I dunno I might be getting ahead of myself but I don't think it's gonna be implemented anytime soon since LoL is still mainly 'competitive' based. They'll most likely push things like this to mini-games like "Cho'gath Eats the World" or the Poro hooking/grabbing game they had some time ago. Perhaps they should do what Hi-Rez is and release mobile games/other games where when you get enough progress you can unlock like a ward skin or summoner icon for free. What you can do, is to send a Riot Support ticket along with some art you made of League, they usually give you the 1RP after that. It can be however bad; MS Paint works fine. The 'funnier'/'worse'/'better' the better. If this is your first time doing so they'll 100% give you that 1RP. Otherwise I'm pretty sure they won't let you a 3rd or 4th time. : Why are level 30's paired against level level 10's?
Funnily enough, you'll find this to be an incredibly unpopular perspective (the final statement). If people wish to play with friends, it's much better to benefit a certain team for having a higher level than for a lower level to suffer versing a higher level. For instance, your example had a friend (who lets say is Lv.5) verse a Lv.30 since most likely the Lv.30 was paired up with a Lv.5 on the enemy team. I'm assuming everybody else is hovering around Lv.5. So it's very clear that the enemy team have a huge advantage; the advantage is on the team with the premade, especially since he was also playing Yasuo which everybody knows is a hardcore snowballer. So your team of all Lv.5s suffer, whereas their 4x Lv.5 + 1x Lv.30 wins (this is an example). So the winners are 4 Lv.5s and 1 Lv.30 and the ones who lose are 5 Lv.5s. Now lets bring this to a Lv.30 scenario where one team suddenly has a Lv.5 friend premade. Now the situation becomes 4x Lv.30 + 1x Lv.5 against 5x Lv.30s. The obvious advantage is the team without the premade as your team has a handicap of a teammate. Lv.30s can easily outplay a Lv.5 and thus can get fed off the Lv.5 which makes it harder for them to enjoy the game since instead of having one Lv.30 dominate, he has to face 5 Lv.30s who most likely all have the ability to destroy him. So the winners are the 5x Lv.30s and the losers are the 4x Lv.30s + 1x Lv.5. To compare the losers of both scenarios, Riot would much rather have 5 Lv.5s lose out rather than have 4 Lv.30s lose out simply because Lv.30s have proven by their level that they are pretty much proper players of the game whereas Lv.5s don't have much exposure to the game yet to make a decision on staying or not. Another point is, is that many people who PVP at Lv.5 are smurfs whereas newbies will usually play bot games until Lv.10 or so, but that's statistical and varies depending on individual. All in all, you are frustrated because of a coincidence with had 1/5 chance. If there is a Lv.30 on the enemy team, there was a 1/5 chance he would lane against your friend. However if Riot puts him in a Lv.30 scenario, he has a 5/5 chance of being against a Lv.30. The math just makes sense. Unless of course you don't mind the enemy team picking on your friend at Lv.5 to get fed off him and that's assuming the other 3 strangers you were put in a match with don't mind either. So ultimately, it makes sense that Riot's system works the way it does. Besides, Riot's pretty up there with the game, if this system you proposed were to actually be better, they would've implemented it by now. It's practically impossible that they haven't considered this, and the main reason why it isn't implemented, is obviously due to the fact that they already know it won't work. Hope that clears things up.
Hi Aunti (OCE)
: I am just not gonna give any F' to ranger champions now.
In a sense, that's why you need a support to help you peel. With the rise of assassins, you can expect 'mobile' ADCs such as Lucian or Ezreal to be on the rise or 'better at peeling' supports such as Thresh or Alistar. Not all assassins can one shot an ADC unless they're quite ahead. The only thing Riot has to balance is how easily they snowball. I will agree with Rengar being at the top of his game but the other assassins such as Kha'Zix needs some ramping up. All we need to do is to get used to the changes. You can't expect Riot to only buff the roles you play. Asking rhetorically how many players will quit is also somewhat of a stretch; we understand you're frustrated but realistically, people who can't deal with these changes are the ones who leave. Is Riot perfect at balancing? No and they never will be, and that is the nature of a shifting, evolving and adapting meta. If everything is the exact same, the game will become boring. We need the movement that keeps us gamers on our toes and with Riot frequently adding more interesting elements of the game, League of Legends will only become more fun! And that is not to mention the fact that if something is blatantly out of control, they do take action and nerf the champions necessary. Patches are existent, but Riot can't nerf a champion just because one other specific type of player/champion is suffering. Either way, if something becomes out of control, ranked wouldn't be a problem since you're given the opportunity to ban and in normals; well they're normal casual games.
