: Grey Warwick (What happens if you already own and end up gaining the required honor for him?)
As an owner of many legacy skins including Grey Warwick I think this sucks. I disagree with a lot of their pricing and business model. Even conservatively estimating, to get even half of the champs with a single skin each is hundreds of dollars. Meanwhile even one of the worst rebuy offenders Activision only gouged its Destiny fans for about $240 for all DLC worst case, newcomers can grab the latest release for <$100 and get everything pre microtransactions. But what did you expect after tencent got their grubby mitts on it? On top of that look at the whole Monte thing. After years of playing and spending quite a reasonable amount on this game i'm done giving them more money.

: Top up what's needed for champ skin
It is a deliberate marketing strat bro. Use a secondary currency that is scaled diff to make it a little confusing and divorced from "real spending" and then make the amounts you buy odd to the cost of anything so people always have left overs and they keep topping up more to use the left over but then are left with more leftovers that sit there tempting them to top up again.

: Riot, Can we talk about ping in OCE for a moment?
280ms for an Aus server is beyond ridic and must be, as Niji said, a problem with your specific connection, not riots servers. I have Optus NBN and get a pretty stable 10-25ms in a share house. A previous housemate before the NBN was a netflix addict and refused to turn it down from HD settings even when everyone else was trying to use the net and this would cause crazy lag like 800+ for league. If you have ping issues try to isolate. Turn off all other devices, make sure auto updates are turned off for everything, make sure youre not trying to play at peak time, just like there is rush hour on the roads and this causes congestion exactly the same thing happens when all the kids get home from school and jump on the net. But beyond all this, if the copper line leading to your house is corroded to hell or too long and you have bad pits that get waterlogged on the reg then you are pretty screwed.

: Changing the in-game language
Im pretty sure I read that changing sound files counts as modification to the game and files which counts as cheating as far as riot is concerned. I think this was in a discussion about things like Eves little sound she makes when an enemy is in range. Its a quiet blip but some people replace the file with a louder BEEP to make it a lot more obvious. Edit. But then they condone 3rd party skin programs like ultimate skin installer which replace game files. Or at least used to. Idk.

: New league client is fucking pure ass
I have NBN and a good pc, gen <20ms and can play modded fallout4 with all settings maxed 60+ fps. New client is terrible, buggy, slow, lags out. As OP said, I have "dodged" quite a few games since the update due to "error selecting champ" bug. You click on the champ, client does nothing for 5+ seconds then an error pops up and you have to close it and then try selecting champ again. On a huge, almost empty page, they have a tiny icon for first win of the day that you have to hover to get timer where the old client had it clearly visible. Unless I just havent found it yet, the old summary of champions in the ranked ladder page is gone, now you only get your top 5 and the stats are only the very most basic games played and win% where is used to have damage per game, towers, cs etc for each champion and each season. Also I had to redo all of my settings, sound levels, language filter etc. The options page at least has an option to stop the annoying notifications for esports (which should be opt in not opt out) but no further options like turn off invites from people who are not your friend, which is a whole issue on its own, why the fk does it not show you any fricken details about the person who has invited when they arent on your friends list and you cant stop them from spamming invites over and over and over when they arent even you friend in the first goddamn place.
: Sivir E Rakkan Q Interactions.
Well it is interesting, the Sivir ability description says blocks an enemy ability cast on Sivir, but it also effects aoe afaik, things like Malph R, Cho Q and both interactions with Vi R, it stops you from being picked up and slammed if youre the target and also stops the little bump if she hits you otw to target. My interpretation is that Rakan needs to hit someone to get the heal but he didnt actually hit Siv due to the shield. But im not sure of the exact way the shield is coded. If an Eve ults Siv but she shields it does Eve get the shield for hitting a champ with R? This should be pretty easy to test.

: WW jungle is hardly broken, he's in a pretty good spot actually as far as I can tell. Not bs strong like the try hard Lees but not so weak he's useless. Galio jung is still a strong pick, and a lot of fun. He's also pretty damn fun/effective in support. Don't play top so can't speak to that one. Never played Camille. Xayah is a champion that rewards mastery, just don't try to learn her in ranked for the love of all that is holy. A good Xayah can carry a game single handed.
Galio is good into a lot of ap matchups both mid and top imo.
: RIOT please change the queue priorities - stop duos queuing with duos on same team
Duos have an inherent adv in a team game, so by making one on each team that kinda balances it dont you think?
: I think this is not a bad suggestion to consider. The only issue is that you would get these perma-muted people on your team in ranked, and they would be unable to communicate. And as we know, communication wins games. So it does put your team at a clear disadvantage. However! not as much of a disadvantage as having high levels of toxicity on your team. and im sure that most players would agree that they would rather have a mute on the team, than an incredibly toxic player. There might have to be some tag that they have, so show the team that they are muted and are not just being a dick and not communicating. I wouldn't permanently mute them though, id give them a mute for a year. and after that if they do it again, then you mute them for another year and so on. So they do always get a chance to reform. But yea, this seems like a good solution, or one that at least warrants further consideration, the only issue is the communication one.
I still think that just being banned from the ranked queue for a week or month would be better than temp or perm chat restrictions or acc bans as a starting point as in my xp by far the majority of toxicity is in ranked. Same with your idea of muting for a year. Why mute them for a year instead of just banning them from ranked queue, unless they extend their toxicity to other game modes? As you said, comms win games. If they cant comm without being toxic in ranked then maybe they just shouldnt play ranked. I play league less and less these days and really dont see how I could ever recommend a friend start playing a game with this level of trolls and toxicity, largely created by the biz model of FTP + microtransactions, which is inherently alt/smurf friendly and punishments often lack power as the trolls can just create new accounts, level them even easier than before thanks to riots changes in new accounts xp, and be out on the rift spreading toxicity in no time. I really dont understand making level 30 faster to reach apart from giving help to those toxic enough to get banned create new accounts. Most people I speak to about it would prefer to pay $20 - $50 for an account if that means trolls are drastically reduced.

: Your right but for the wrong reasons. 1. The reason's you have for a farming jungler winning, is actually just wrong, the reason a farming jungler wins is if the enemy team doesn't manage to snowball, and with how heavy of a snowball meta the current meta is, that is just super unlikely. 2. "what if your a bad ganker", your reasoning for staying near lanes to counter gank just isn't helpful, if they are a 6 dependant jungler, even their counter ganks are bad before 6, and just so we are clear, amumu isn't a 6 dependant jungler as much as people say, a proper 6 dependant is malphite, and he has very little to bring to a counter gank. 3. The whole thing about there being lots of gold/xp in jungle isn't really the case, and even if it was there is still enough time to manage ganks while keeping the jungle full cleared, just a lot of low elo junglers don't understand ganking paths.
Well not snowballing is related to making mistakes which is what OP said. And not punishing late scaling champs early is a mistake, exactly as OP said. Malph steals move speed, debuffs attack speed and has decent auto damage, WW is another champ that so many people say cant gank before 6 but he has move speed on low hp enemies and does a fair bit of damage with red autos and a Q, also buffing team mates att speed. If you dont know how to gank with a champion pre 6 then you probably shouldnt play that champ. See people all the time picking a "farm to 6 champ" not ganking and hitting 6 well after everyone else. Even if they cannot do alot in a counter gank, simply having another person close can be the diff between them going deep for the kill or backing off and if the laner is too low to stay the jungler can then clear the wave under tower if its shoved in which is =/> to what they would norm get anyway and saves a bunch of tower damage. Those lvl 2-3 ganks are so annoying, when the jungler hits lvl 2 and ganks before you hit 2 can often give an enormous lead to the enemy but then knowing how to play safe and just get that xp and as much gold as you can safely and not tilting will often allow you to come back. My last game was a perfect example of just stalling it out, Shaco vs Illaoi top, Illaoi perma shoved to my turret but i freeze pretty well with my boxes and ask nicely for ganks but my Rammus had decided I was a troll for picking Shaco and did nothing about an overpushed lane. I lost lane pretty badly to Ill but stayed low KD and kept up my CS to get items and late game I relentlessly split and caught up and we won after having an open nexus for over 15 mins.

Pedophillia is one of the few subjects that I believe shouldn't be joked about Though I want to point out: Pedophilia doesn't bring about the shitstorm because of someone just so happens to like younger kids more, nor is it because that it's scientifically wrong in particular as our genitals are matured enough to be capable of producing offsprings before turning 10 years old, but because of moral reasons that determine children below a certain age are highly unlikely to be capable of understanding consequences and be mentally mature enough to make big decisions on their own without outside influences and thus "special relationships" are legally banned prior to that certain age for that reason. That and pedophilia is often associated with child-rape, even though that's a problem to do with rape itself rather than having to do with someone's sexual preferences, because rape can happen to any sex and any age regardless of the culprit's personal sexual preferences. A rapist is wrong because they rape and not because what their ideal partner is, nor is the latter factor contributing or instigating the likeness of committing the said crime. : What is Annie's age
The word gay arrived in English during the 12th century from Old French gai, most likely deriving ultimately from a Germanic source. In English, the word's primary meaning was "joyful", "carefree", "bright and showy", and the word was very commonly used with this meaning in speech and literature. For example, the optimistic 1890s are still often referred to as the Gay Nineties.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ez8UOfqlX64 Nothing should be considered too serious for jokes. Here is a pretty good article on why. http://www.spiked-online.com/newsite/article/should-anything-be-beyond-a-joke/17964 "Good jokes are generally in bad taste. They tend to mock the respectable rules and morals of society. By its nature comedy is always controversial, pushing as it must at the limits of what passes for taste and decency in any era. It is hard to think of a good joke that would not offend somebody. That is why there have long been attempts to control what is deemed ‘acceptable’ humour and to censor what is not. And why many writers and comedians have tried to subvert the rules. However, as with other issues in the free-speech wars, the terrain has shifted. Once the complaints were about blasphemous and indecent comedy, and the censors were conservative politicians, policemen and priests. Now the protests are more often against comedians accused of breaking the new taboos – racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism and the other usual suspects. And the demands to shut them down tend to be led not by old-fashioned prudes but by radical online activists, the liberal media and even other comedians. Backed up in the UK by broadcast regulators, politicians and the newly PC police."

: Autofill protection only lasting if you actively play multiple games at a time.
As I stated before, I have been auto filled in a queue that popped in under 1 min. Some players might think this is great but there seems to be a substantial portion of the community who disagrees, like I do. We are not talking about a game that only goes for a few mins. When you queue for a game of league you have to be willing to set aside in excess of 1 hour, a few mins for queue, a few mins for champ selection, a few mins for loading and then anywhere upwards of 20 mins for a game ( very rarely you see a game go less than 20 mins but often they will go for >30). "Thats my point, the waiting to find the autofill. It would be much much longer if they saved the allocated roles of a summoner until he she next logs on. eventually you would end up with a small percentage of auto fills over the majority." You are proposing a theory that this would result in less autofills which I totally agree with. My theory is that in response to this, the community would quickly adapt and see an increase in the roles that people are not currently playing, for the reason they want to get into a game faster, and as less supports in particular would be throwing tantrums about being autofilled which would result in a healthier and happier community. And the "I dont want to autofill" button could have a timeout of say 10 mins or so which is generally around the time people start getting pretty antsy about the delay, or have the game prioritise people who dont use the button over people that do in matchmaking, or have some very small reward for people who fill or main support, and potentially disable it at very, very off peak times, but not anywhere as readily as it is right now. Right now there are many games with people throwing tantrums about getting filled and making all sorts of threats of feeding etc in champion select if people wont swap, picking troll sups and taking farm, not buying any sup items and not even trying to ward, basically just playing mid or top stuck in a lane with someone else who they ignore or troll. Chat logs from lobby dont seem to be recorded so they can make all sorts of toxic threats and hurl abuse around and then just go silent in game and troll away and as long as they dont actually feed or abuse anyone in the game they get off scot free. My point is, autofill in lower elo seems to be much more counter productive than helpful a lot of the time. In high elo with a much smaller pool people recognize each other and generally work together to create a team with the best chance at winning but in lower elo it just seems to encourage more trouble than it solves. If the queue is popping within a few mins and people are getting autofilled then I dont think it is doing its job properly.
: What is Annie's age
If there is grass on the field, lets play cricket. But seriously, treating it as a subject taboo to even discuss is a problem imo as non offending people that might otherwise come forward to be treated for a mental illness hide it to avoid the social stigma etc. To truly address any subject it must be open for discussion and one of the core behaviors of humans around taboos is to make jokes to ease the tension.

: I understand your frustration. I tell you now though, you can turn what you see as a 'frustration' into a competitive advantage my friend. If 1/3 games you have to support, then chances are that the other team has an autofilled support who's hating it just as much. You need to target that disgruntled supp, who probably picked janna 'cos safe', but with the wrong runes/masteries/starter item, and disrupt them so much (i suggest blitz hooks) they tilt not only themselves, but their adc, who you will be banging out of lane all day, which in turn tilts their jungler, because you have exquisite ward and dragon control, which in turn tilts their mid, cos in your downtime you'll be strolling up the river to 'surprise' them too, then you and your jungler minion stroll top for that 3-4 man gangrape of their top laner, the coup de grace of your ruthless 'support' spree. It is a move command with the added "attack any enemy that comes within range while I move there". If you click normal move into a bush and find an enemy there you will not react anywhere near as fast as this "automatic" attack command. This helps with FOW and kiting but is also a part of certain combos like Singed sky attack where you flip them and instantly attack move at your feet and barring minion block you will auto them in the air. This also works with a Trist jumping over your head and other times champions move very quickly like Reksai ult, but you obv need to be within auto attack range at some point and not have another enemy closer to take the "agro" for it to do anything.
: How do I counter zed?
Play Cho, just cs to lvl 3 and dodge as much of his poke as you can toggling vorpals on if you can hit him but being careful not to push, most zeds will push while poking at you with shuriken so just balance wave out, once lvl 3 hit him with your vorpal spikes once then instantly follow up with W+Q for thunder proc, depending minion waves you can often follow with autos and get his flash but dont tank minions coz he will win then. Sustain off waves. He should be around 40% hp and you should stay around 80%. Learn the timing and when he ults you Q right at your feet, auto once in the air then use W only if you have enough mana to R after it. W when he appears followed by auto R is effective too. Congratulations, you just learnt the magic trick "how to make zed players rage".

Well with the introduction of the greatest queen of everything camille I think new champions are going to get a hell of a lot more broken soon, and I really wonder what they are going to do with the 120 odd champions that are not considered broken. The riot design team must have had a shared aneurysm for that one. "Hmm lets give her a good dash with enormous potential to outplay skillshots and play mind games with that gets enormous if there is something to hit, lets give her true damage and %hp damage, why not chuck in a 20% hp shield she can get for almost every trade in lane. Umm what is she missing, oh yeah lets give her a built in hydra that gives her uncapped % heals and also slows enemies in a huge, obnoxious cone that requires almost zero aiming to hit and make her reactivatable skill have perfect synergy with triforce. So what? If you wish to take advantage of your earned autofill protection then you may have to wait longer. If you prefer not to wait then you can fill. The point is that you "earned" the autofill protection. The biggest bonus to this would be supports would be a desired duo partner and get more recognition as being team players rather than a role everyone hates being filled to for the second time in a row because you earned protection on your last/only game of the night. 3.50 isnt very long for an estimated queue time and yet they already activate autofill. I have been autofilled after about 40 seconds. I am willing to wait a lot longer than that for a role i enjoy playing. There are plenty of people willing to wait longer than this to get the role they want without having to then choose between playing a long game in a role they are unfamiliar with while stuck in lane with a random who might want to play the game totally different and be uncompromising, or dodging and losing LP and getting a delay for their next game. In the long run there would likely be more support mains and people would round on anyone who dared abuse them because they want support mains to enjoy the game rather than seeing supports as a hated role that people get filled to coz its just their job to be the teams bltch and buy the items no one else wants to like sightstone and pinks. I hope this has elucidated the matter for you.

Except when you want to find posts regarding a particular subject. Why would you want to scroll through pages of threads to find the ones relevant to what you want to discuss when searching would find them? What about the people that only semi regularly log in and wish to be able to find threads relevant to their question without trawling for ages to find a list of them? Once you get a list of results they are not sorted in any order I can find and there is no option to sort them. Your only comment relevant to this was "That's search and search is f*cked up. Always has been." which is relevant info but you havent answered the question. Perhaps it is my fault for the way I worded it but the lack of ability to order search results was the primary part of this question and your only response was to dismiss it as if something that is broken is just broken and no effort should be made to try to resolve it. Imagine if riot just said, oh well this champ is broken but they have always been like that, and never made any nerfs or buffs.

If there is no other option why does this even exist? Steezy already covered this. GD is distinctly separate from the other areas of the boards because it takes on the style used by forums, which is what we had before boards. If you want to know more about it then just look at the sticky in GD "[What is GD?](http://boards.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/general-discussion/pBuQTMkf-what-is-gd)"

: List sorting.
http://imgur.com/a/WcMQ1? In this pic, if it works, it clearly shows a search by "dodging" and the first thread has 5 comments and is 6 months old and the most recent comment was 6 months ago. The second one is 2 years old and has ZERO comments. The third one is 1 year old and has 20 comments. The eighth one is 5 months old and has a comment from 5 months ago. Please explain how this is sorted? There is no way to order these by latest comment, original post date or total views or comments. You can filter them so that only posts form the last month or week show but these are still "out of order" with no way to reorganise list. Under GD there is a SORT BY: RECENT and the RECENT is a selection but there is no other option for me. If there is no other option why does this even exist? I think you either misunderstood my question or you dont know what sort by means.
: If you're supposed to dodge because your main gets banned. Then please tell me what the purpose of the banning phase is? Ill tell you what, if you never dodge again, ill tell you what my main account is? That way, we are both adhering to each others views of sportsmanship. ^^
As previously stated, only 3 of 5 people per team get to ban. If you do not even get a single ban please explain how the ban phase is relevant to this discussion. I said that is a possible reason to dodge. One tricks exist in high elo. Full Metal Jayce for example is a Jayce only Master player with multiple accounts in high diamond and if Jayce gets banned he dodges and switches to another account in very similar elo. I have a dodge rate of <1%, maybe a little higher if you count client bugs that cause unintentional dodges. At 1% the effect on other people is infinitesimally small. You are the one who tried to give the reason of sportsmanship as why to not dodge but sportsmanship is very subjective and what one person might find entirely within the rules another might find to be unsporting. But guess what mate. The rules decide who wins the game. Not subjective opinions on fair play. To play the game to the maximum extent allowed by the rules is the smart way to play and your argument is predicated on the fact that you should not try to win if its somehow not fair, to which my response is, if you get a lead on someone and continue to beat them because they cannot 1v1 you that could be seen as unsporting. Would you give up your lead and allow them to get a few kills and farm freely for a while to catch up? If not then your "unsportsmanlike" argument is worthless. Unsporting behavior relates to general BM, taunting, abusive language and sore loser/winner type of behavior. A boxer does not take on fights he knows are a bad matchup unless he is getting paid well enough for the trouble. Once you bring in professionals, as in someone who does something as a way to earn money, then your point about rugby becomes relevant. In casual and amateur games and sports it is preposterous. Quite often casual competitions see forfeits when the matchup is known to be uneven. My point was about how your perception of sportsmanship is subjective to your reality and does not necessarily coincide with others which makes arguing it is not sporting to be irrelevant. *mic drop*

Say everyone was entitled to no auto fill but no one wants to play supp? How does the system choose? It doesnt. It waits until there is someone who doesnt have autofill protection or someone gets tired of waiting and leaves queue to add fill as secondary before re queuing and they get rewarded by instant pop. Maybe they could add something to hextech crafting to encourage support. Some guaranteed essence every support game or something?

: Auto Fill is the Death of Ranked
Well first off if you are diamond and smurfing in silver then I wish more trolling upon you. A full 2 division gap between your main and smurf is bad for the game health. The new system is miles better than the old pick order and if you are smurfing you should be able to carry from any role and if you are smurfing and troll I think that all of your accounts should be penalized faster and more heavily than anyone else. If you are an adc main and filled to sup while smurfing you should take this as an opportunity to help teach a lower elo player more about a role you are better at and you should understand what you expect from a sup so know how to do it. If you smurf and expect someone to play at the same level you do then you are being stupid.

And the basis of this supposition? Supporting evidence? Look at any high elo one trick for contrary evidence. Who decides why you can dodge and why you cant? If you can tell me that why cant I demand my support plays a real support or buys sightstone or that the last pick picks an AD champ to stop our team from being all AP or tell my jungler when and where he has to gank or any one of many things people would love to **tell ** other people to do. I notice you fail to address the account issue. Rather unsporting imo. So if this is your main then you are a level 9 player trying to explain things you havent experienced, if this isnt your main you are hiding it for some shady reason. Anyone with any real sportsmanship does not hide behind a false name/account. In light of such, anything you say would at best be taken with a grain of salt, if not regarded very dubiously indeed.

: Autofill Protection
This could be equally resolved by having a selection somewhere that says something like "I understand that by refusing fill I will be given lower priority than people who do fill and this might result in longer queues" and then it naturally sort itself out. People who dont want to fill will face longer queue times, potentially never finding a game and might reconsider. Anyone who refuses to play the role they are filled to gets reported and a system is implemented to determine if they trolled by trying to bulldoze their way into mid or whatever role and if they feed when filled the system takes it very seriously. For instance if someone dies to mid turret before minions have even met the first time when they were filled to support that should be a very heavy indicator towards feeding.
