: For the whole team. What age did you get into the competitive scene?
I got into competitive league a month after I turned 17. At the time I was pretty much doing nothing, I dropped out of highschool and decided I really wanted to pursue something I enjoyed for once. My first ever LAN was Armageddon NZ in 2014, just playing in front of a crowd doing something I really enjoyed was enough to keep me hooked all this time.

: For Tally: What was the hardest part about transitioning to a different role on competitive League of Legends? For Cupcake and Lost: When you guys first started playing competitively together did everything just click into place or was there a lot of behind the scenes practice before you started to be on the same page as eachother? For Claire: Not a question but your Viktor play in game 1 and 2 of OPL Split 1 2017 Week 6 verse the Chiefs is one of my favorite OPL performances to date!
I'd say the hardest thing about role swapping was re learning the game from another perspective. It took me 3 years to reach a point on ADC where I knew the matchups in and out and was confident playing any champions that were strong in the meta. I've been playing Top lane for just over a year now and they're still times where I'm learning matchups and not sure what the best pick is in the situation I'm put in.

: Hey Legacy! **Lost:** What are your thoughts on the recent leathality changes as an ADC main and how does this effect you? --- **Tally:** When can we expect the return of your Riven? :P --- **Anyone who is keen to answer:** Now that you have had a decent amount of time having the region being in gaming houses how do you think it has effected the scene and what do you think the next big step for the scene is in this sort of area? --- Thankyou!
Could be sooner than you think :^) On the topic of gaming houses I think it's pretty evident that it has been a huge success for the region, we've gone from Legacy vs Chiefs every year to 3-4 Grand final teams and 6 play off worthy teams. I think the next big step for teams is the right kind of support staff and having the backing infrastructure that you really need to succeed, lucky for us we're one step ahead :)
: Hey Jimmy! we need to gym this week DM me which day works best, As for your question: I think your playing well at the moment so you can play anything and I am happy, however, if you could find it in your heart to play a riven game for me I would really appreciate it. for inspiration I have prepared the following clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HONQY4ay14&feature=youtu.be&t=22008

: I'm sure everyone knows what my old name means by now. I actually didn't pick it out myself, my original name was "Mammoth" well that's what I went by in the Runescape scene back in the day. I decided to change my name and I let my clan mates choose one for me I actually didn't know what it meant for a very long time and by the time I figured out I thought it was kinda funny. As for my name changes "wallythacka" was mainly just a meme name for one tournament because "Tallywhacka" wasn't allowed I decided to swap the first letters, afterwards I really needed a proper name and "Tally" just fit me very well
Oh I forgot my favourite champion, back in the day I would say {{champion:92}} her carry potential + skill ceiling always sparked my interest. But now I would definitely say {{champion:41}} he vacuums farm everywhere he out scales almost every champ in the game and he's a pirate
: Hey guys. For Claire or Cupcake- 90% of it not happening, but is there a chance we could see Lux anywhere for any possible reason? For everyone (Including you,Minky) - What is the story behind each of your summoner names? And Tally, not only your summoner name, but your name changes? Were they just to change things up? (also) For everyone- What are your favourite champions in terms of playstyle and design.

: Greetings Legacy eSports! Big Fan :3 My question for each of you is, who is your favourite graphic designer in the OCE eSports scene? :P ~Elam
Yeah there's this guy called Elam not sure if you've heard of him but he's pretty good at doing Graphics, if you ever need work done you should hit him up
belquin (OCE)
: What are some interesting picks we could see from Legacy throughout the split? I really enjoyed the Talon game - looking forward to see what Tally can whip out in the top lane!

: Did you play any MOBAs before league? (if so which ones) And how long have you been gaming for?
Never played any MOBAs before league I was more into the RTS genre or grind focused games like Runescape and Warcraft 3. I didn't have good internet when I was growing up so I barely got to play online games, I would play an hour or two on the Playstation and go outside to play instead because even outside is more fun than laggy internet. I would say I've been gaming for 15 ish years but only seriously playing for the past 4-5

: I meant favourite rwby character... whoops, I must've blanked out
ah I would probably say Qrow or Sun Wukong I seem to enjoy the characters who have the easy going attitude

: For Carbon: Thoughts on Dragon Ball Super? What's the key to a great Ivern? For Tally: Where is this Riven cosplay (for science)? If it hasn't happened then when is it happening? For Claire: How does it feel to be back in OCE? What's the difference between playing in Japan vs playing in Australia?
yea idk about this Riven cosplay I tried to do it but it's super hard to organize as a person who's clueless towards that sort of stuff but that doesn't mean that I won't ever do it, I hope I get to do it once maybe riot can organize something crazy {{champion:92}}
: Whats the feeling (in a non BM way) to always placing second? Do you enjoy the normal week in, week out league enough to keep doing this? Will not going international finally break your will to keep going? How do you think other teams that never even get a sniff keep doing it? Is coming second all the time worst than coming 3rd -> 8th?
To be honest coming second all the time sucks big **** maybe more so for me because in primary and high school my best friend would always just beat me in majority of the events on sports day, i'm pretty sure I have 50+ second ribbons at home. I enjoy what i'm doing way to much to just give up because we can't break the oceanic ceiling I do think coming second all the time is worst than coming 3rd-8th based from a pro player perspective, at least if you come a low ranking you know that you're not good enough and these players that beat you are just better than you but placing 2nd I always think to myself "wow if I just did this one thing better maybe we could of finally won"

: I was never stuck in Bronze/Silver but when I started playing ranked I ended up in 1057 elo which was silver 4 ish? not really sure. I kinda just gave up on that season of ranked and played normal games all day with my mates, somehow I ended up Diamond 1 next season, I guess it was from playing league 12 hours a day that I slowly started improving. I still believe to this day that the only way to improve at league is through a long grind, you will never notice results overnight luckily we have the practice took now so it's extremely easy to improve at a champion. :)
Just got corrected by tim I was a big bronze noob thanks for that

: What are your individual thoughts on Praedyth? and do you think he can carry TM after the roster changes?
On one hand Yes I do think he has the mechanics to carry that roster but on the other hand he's a new player who now has the most competitive experience on his roster. IMO mechanics don't mean anything without a strong voice behind it hopefully they find someone on that roster who can fill that job
Anniesaur (OCE)
: Tally - What was your first impression on snackpacks? Cupcake - Favourite professional tennis player!?!?!??!??!?!?!? (if you do watch...) Claire - how come it says jpop Lost - How did you balance school and League? who gets all the grils in the team
First time I saw a snack pack I thought "how can I be so lucky to eat something like this" I really struggle to enjoy food that doesn't have meat in it and a snack pack is pure goodness
Emyrald (OCE)
: How confident are you guys about facing Chiefs when it comes to that, are you ready?? You've each played around the meta before, is seeing a Ziggs bot comp likely to be seen from you guys at all? (or any other unique comps) Have any of you watched RWBY and if so, which was your favourite character? Cheers! -Emyrald P.S. Tally senpai notice meh!! :P (Idk i'm strange XD)
I would say i'm most confident vsing the Chiefs over any other team in the OPL. The reason being we have played each other for so long and they have maintained almost the same roster for such a long time that i'm just really used to their play style even though they are the hardest opponent we will face in oce As for the meta i'm really happy with how the topside of the map is balanced, you can almost see any pick now and get away with it based on keystones and item changes so hopefully we can bring out some cool picks for everyone :) I've watched every episode of RWBY I really do enjoy the show, as for a favourite episode I don't really have one I just really love the second intro

: SUPER excited for OPL. Heard about it while I was over there. Definitely going to be helpful to the scene :). Individual play-wise, Oce is pretty close. Quite a few standouts to me: Tally, ChuChuZ, Veritas/Nada specifically, but a lot more of you are all right up there as well. Strategically, a lot of room to grow for pretty much everyone. That's the short version of it. But I think the extra structure from the OPL will definitely help. It's almost always just a matter of practice. I do think Oce has a good shot at making it to Worlds this year. The most important thing to make that happen IMO is getting a team that has a stronger strategic grasp of the game. So few teams from so few regions actually successfully employ different playstyles outside of "Well, we group for objectives, try to ward stuff, and out-rotate them." And while a lot of teams (globally and in Oce) still have a lot of room to grow in that one department, I think it's possible for a team to say, "Yeah, YOLO, we're just going to develop our own style" and then NO ONE knows how to deal with it. IMO this is the hidden power of all "developing" regions. No one's going to bother paying attention to their style or how to beat it until it's often too late.
Thanks Phreak :^){{champion:92}} {{item:3074}}
