short answer, nothing you can do. its not a ISP problem, its a problem connecting to the game server location. if everything was running fine before 6.22 and nothing has changed since then, then by process of elimination is a LoL issue (most times) some ISP connection slows down depend on the time of day or users on it, some ISP throttle there speed on certian unlimited plans. anyone else in the house using the net at the same time? downloading etc etc try flushing out your settings most times will fix 90% of problems with internet things Select Command Prompt (Run as Administrator). Type ipconfig /release in the command prompt. Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been released. Type ipconfig /renew in the command prompt. Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been re-established. Type ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt.

: Still getting horrible Frames (New thread due to no responses)
Try lower the graphic settings or reinstall gfx card drivers. if that doesnt work, then uninstall the driver and install a older one otherwise i think your out of luck if those dont work 2 option, maybe your card is about to die and need to get a new one? but you know. PC. 1001 problems can happen with people that have the exact same setup as you. while you may get 15fps a person with the same setup could get a smooth 100+ fps constantly.. *shrugs

Honestly mate, if you dont have anything constructive to say, fuck off. Idc if I get banned for saying so. This community is the worst amongst gaming. Your obviously not tech support and know very little, so instead of putting your 2 cents where it's not wanted, how about trying to help this guy.
what i said was constructive and informative. 1 - using mobile phone internet/wifi is indeed really slow, if compared to a ethernet cable. 2 - its true that most of outer city towns cant get the same super fast internet most city people can. 3 - your ping to a game server really doesnt have any relevance to your actual download speed. so please tell me, how is that not constructive or informative? i know very little? i sure know more then you if im giving you the 100% facts and truths and you think im making stuff up. But really the OP answered his own question. said his download speed is fine, and that it was working fine before. THERE IS YOUR ANSWER HERE IS YOUR ANSWER its not a you problem its a LoL problem,a client problem effecting the speed at which users can download the game, it happens with many other games, i have a 10mb/s download speed and sometimes things like to download at 50kb/s. but even then right away i know its a game client problem and nothing to do with me. it doesnt take a genius to figure that out or its a ISP problem. either way, its nothing on your end you can fix yourself / nothing you can do about it
