Hi Antiweapon, I personally investigated your account, and passed it on to our Anticheat team for review. I was actually the second Rioter to pass your case on, including all information you provided, and both times Anticheat have said that they confirmed the detection to be legitimate. I also found no indication of account compromise. Unfortunately, there isn't anything else I can do to investigate further.

I took a look at the account history. The account was elo-boosted in 2016 and the ban looks to result from more recent actions taken by those your account was shared with for the 2016 boost. As this ban is a result of account sharing, the ban will not be removed, especially considering it was shared for the purpose of boosting. This is why we do not allow account sharing, you never know what the person you're sharing your account with is going to do with it.

I sent you a ticket reply, better to handle this there. Unrelated to the ticket, the ban was actually a 3rd party apps ban that occurred just before your initial ticket last year.

We don't instantly permaban players for their first offence. We believe in offering the chance for reform. It is because of this opportunity for reform that we're able to be confident in a permaban being well deserved. (There are instances where a player can be permabanned more quickly though, reserved for the very worst offenders) In that month of reports I was referring to, the player was chat restricted twice and given a two week suspension. The very first report after their two week suspension ended resulted in a permanent suspension.

Yea it won't be opened just by double clicking it. You would need to use TextEdit on mac: 1) Navigate to your Applications folder and double-click TextEdit. Your TextEdit window opens. 2) Press cmd+O. The Open dialog appears. 3) Navigate to the desired text file and double-click the filename to load it.

I've removed the name, I reviewed their behaviour in your game, no further proof needed. Your report after the game is sufficient, it triggered a 25 game chat restriction for them which was definitely warranted so thanks for remembering to report. If they keep up this behaviour and keep getting reported then they're at a real risk of being permabanned.

Ah this is my bad as I haven't updated the posts to AEST. Indeed the queue was not up until 0800 AEDT...but we aren't observing AEDT in NSW anymore, so the queue went live at 0700 AEST as planned. I'll update the posts to specify AEST, and maybe you can take a look at your clock to ensure it is set to AEST and not AEDT :D

HeartVine is correct. The TT mode you're seeing on Thurs/Fri is Ranked. If you select it and hit Confirm you'll see the mode type in the top left of the Lobby screen. The reason it isn't specified on the first screen like SR is because there is only one mode to pick anyway. It could be made clearer by displaying the "Ranked Flex" option below it even though its the only mode available anyway. I've asked the client dev team about this but it isn't something that can be done at the moment.

However the thing I am excited about with these changes is that with the skill caps being increased it makes playing these champions especially in team fights a lot more 'mirco' intensive. IMO this possibly leads to helping team fights for tanks in a sense being less 'stale' and more reactive depending on how the game is going. Helping get to the point of no game being the same and making players adapt to their situation more. To expand on this with the old Maokai, with no offense to current Maokai players in saying this but it just seems like you would have a lot more to think about and keep track of in a team fight with your teams positioning and how you want to use your abilities the best you can to help your team win the fight. Similar with Zac as well. --- If I may ask being a Sejuani main yourself currently, with these changes in mind moving away from exactly the thoughts on how 'strong' it is, how much do you think these changes impact how 'unqiue' she is? Being that in champion select if you were wanting to pick a jungler for your team do you think this puts her in a position where she fits a more unqiue role in the team or can be substituted out with others easily based on kit? _This mainly refers to competitive/high elo play, but also could be taken in the context of all elos solo queue as well._ --- Let me know what you think, I am curious your thoughts. ~Elam
On Sejuani, the one thing that stands out as unique is her E passive stacking with _allied melee champions_. That will be a main decision driver in champ select. There is a realistic chance that you are the only melee on your team sometimes, making her a less viable pick. I feel like she has been made more unique in that regard, but only because she has been forced further into a niche. She would have to be better at working with allied melee champions than other tank AP junglers to justify picking her. Is that the case? I don't know yet. Her previous(current) ultimate was the easiest decision point for her: "Do I want long range AOE non-committal hard CC for engage? Yes > pick Sejuani". Now that's not the case, it is no where near as reliable a hard engage tool. She must now use her passive cc reduction to close the gap for it to be as reliable, as well as rely on her team to quickly follow up on ulted enemies because all but one are now merely slowed, not stunned - plenty of space and time for them to escape. Hell, even for a disengage ult you now pick Maokai instead. She basically has a more damaging Braum passive on her E assuming she hits the targeted stun and AA portion, but I don't believe this is a power upgrade from her previous E. It requires far more team co-ordination and a certain team comp. If I wanted a stacking stun, I could just get Braum on my team for a similar effect that requires less decision making for my allies because I can choose to mark a single target for them to co-ordinate on. But of course we're not talking about Support picks here. Previously it was a long range AOE heavy slow that was fairly easy to apply _without_ relying on your team's help. Again this isn't supposed to be about strength, but I'm not sure why I would pick her for her E unless I wanted my team to focus on locking down and killing a diver or assassin when they go for my carry. This sort of goes against her "charging in" fantasy though as you're just peeling for your backline by anticipating an enemy dive. Her W is just a frost passive stacker with lower damage than current, her Q is the same. While I don't think there is a champ that does what new Sej does, I'm not sure it's needed. If old Sej was in the game alongside new Sej, then old Sej would be the "better" champ. This is all an "on paper" analysis though. I'll have to play her to find her new strengths and figure out if they fill a smaller niche but do it better, or if she's just weaker while also being less pickable in general. Edit: I should note that her new clear speed and sustain will also determine if she is worth picking over other AP Tank junglers, as she has struggled with her first clear since early last year.

I've been mostly happy with champ reworks, even the juggernauts, but I'm not sure about this one yet. Overall it seems like the skill required to get the same value out of these champs has increased, it's much easier to fail with them now imo. Maokai ult looks like you can just outrun it, so the timing and angle of the ult is critical. Otherwise not much has changed. Sejuani ult got mega nerfed and I'm just not seeing that power redistributed into the rest of her kit, beyond her passive everything else is less powerful or more team reliant. I've been maining Sej since 2012 and already had to live through one rework, we'll see if I can get a handle on this version as well but one thing is for certain: she'll only be able to carry through CC now rather than damage. More like a pure Tank less like a Fighter, which does mean she needs to work around her team or vice versa, less self reliant. Zac has the most potential to be more powerful in skilled hands, but his Q and Ult appear very easy to mess up. (Q the wrong champs/miss, ult the wrong champs/mistime/counterplayable by giving enemy tanks a free trip into your backline if they bet you'll make a bounce backwards and they jump in your ult)

Yea it can still be a little laggy for me as well. The biggest pain was editing masteries in champ select, was slow as hell but that was improved with the latest patch. As far as I'm aware we will continue to make optimizations to remove client lag but your feedback that it is still an issue for you as well is appreciated. Thank you.

We know you want item sets. I want item sets. Thing is that you and I are the extreme outliers. Item sets was initially not prioritized as a feature because almost nobody used it. We've certainly changed that to at least being a feature we will ship in the new client eventually, but getting the client working for all players is still a **higher priority as it affects more players**. Unfortunately this does involve moving more players over to the new client so that we can continue to work out the kinks.

: Before anyone decides to complain about being forced into the client update, you should know that Riot considers OCE the "test" server. It's the sole reason we get patches before other servers, because Riot uses OCE as a way to find bugs faster. You're whining will not change how Riot views OCE.
OCE was the first to join the client alpha test last year so it made sense to be the first to fully transfer to the new client. Some other servers will be following closely behind. Yes this does involve being the ones who have to bear the brunt of problems sometimes, but Riot OCE did not allow the change to being the first to patch/first to get features on the premise that we would be considered "the test server". If anyone in Riot starts believing that, we'd need to have some serious conversations about why that's NOT allowed to be the case. Patching first, at the time we do so, actually gives teams around the world much more capability to assist if things go wrong, and quickly follow up on a fix or revert. We get the newest features first, and most of the time there are no problems. So for now we consider it a net positive gain that we are usually first in line for new stuff.

This should only be the case if you have the "Close client during game" option ticked. Check out the client settings under general and make sure that is unticked, and it shouldn't take so long to load up after game anymore.

I can get 80 FPS on my 4 year old PC without low spec mode. Have you tried the "Close client during game" option? It's available on the same settings page as low spec mode. Though, it will make the client have to load up after each game which will take 20-30 seconds.

Your friend had their name tempnamed and flagged for a free change. They chose to just rename to the same name they were flagged for. So a permaban was placed on the account, seeing as they weren't willing to change their name the easy way, and once they contacted support their name was changed to one of their choice that support approved.

I treat it primarily as a utility spell with an AS steroid. It fills your blood well and grants ranged auto's. The damage is just a small bonus.
: I think there needs to be some change to blood rush in terms of hard CC as CC should stop his ability to do damage, not completely remove him from the fight. Eg. Playing against a Warwick, Warwicks fear lasts long enough to completely drain blood rush. This greatly reduces Aatrox's team fight power as the drain is so fast that any CC removes him from the fight completely. I feel there needs to be either a small timer in which it doesnt drain after filling it up again, or pause the drain while Aatrox is CC'd. (Excluding slows ofc)

: all aatrox needs partial cooldown refund on his q when it gets canceled, for his 3 3rd hit animation to scale with attack speed so you're not doing 2 super fast hits with ur bonus AS and then 1 super slow one on his proc and for his ult to scale with ad and give blood rush stacks for each enemy hit by it.
He does get a stack of his passive for each enemy hit with his ult.

I'm not on the balance team, so I'm just stating what I know about the rework. His passive is able to be maintained indefinitely when in combat with champions as once it triggers, taking or dealing damage will fully refresh it.

Yea. The cooldown is much shorter than in 7.4 but you have to be in blood rush state for it to work.

That's actually the intent though. Imagine being part of a group of 20 people who really wanna meet up but you all keep going to the meeting place at different times of the week...and just expecting that everyone else will be there when you will. You'll almost always find yourself alone. It's the same with TT, with so few players willing to meet up for TT, they all need to agree to come together to play at the same time, otherwise they'll never find a match because not enough players at once meet to play.

Not at all. For example if a bug in the store costs players RP that they shouldn't have been charged, we'll absolutely go through and ensure they all get their RP back. That is another thing that is really easy to do as we can easily identify those players, there are so few variables and only a single identical action required across every account.

I get that it sucks and I know this is a really painful issue without a doubt. The issue is that it isn't a single problem, its an array of problems that are unique to each affected player caused by a single failure in the system, but a failure that required very specific circumstances to occur. It just isn't possible to fix each player's pain caused by this issue with a single or scalable solution.

Mass actions of changing a large amount of players' LP by specific but varying amounts that are different between each player depending on an array of factors that are unique to only them while also undoing promotion and demotion changes with the same criteria isn't something we can perform with that level of ease and reliability. You're assuming that there is some way to mass action players' LP by a specific but different amount while also undoing promotion and demotion changes. There isn't, not all at once. It is terrible that you lost that much progress, though. I am sorry.

Thanks for the report. We just discovered an issue with Ranked LP gains not working correctly, we'll be disabling ranked while we investigate the cause. We probably won't be able to give the LP back but it should even out in your following games as your LP tries to catch up to your increased MMR from your win (which did correctly update)
