Hey dude, Would you be able to try [disabling your firewall](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq3) (scroll down to disabling firewall steps) completely and re-running the client as admin (Right click > Run as Administrator).
