I'm not comparing myself to Riot standards, as I said this was for my amusement and for those who felt like reading it. Wasn't a replacement idea, just a concept to toy around with. Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry the concept didn't entertain you.

: Because the player can control 2 champs at once, and "lamb's revenge" doesn't exist as a mechanic. Because wolf can only take damage over lamb dies, and when they are both dead the "lamb's revenge" ticks away as he revives with her. She is fine as she is anyway, this idea is just a half assed grab for attention anyway. She is in a perfectly fine spot, as she can "take off" regardless of her stacks, she is an item based champ anyway.
Sorry! "Lamb's Revenge" was just a placeholder because I was searching for another word. I amended that, thanks for pointing that out. Wolf can take damage during *Wolf's Frenzy*, when he is separated from Lamb to strike the target and when he takes damage for Lamb at the start of the ability. He can also take damage from enemies during *Those Who Run*, when he is further separated. I did say in the author's note that this wasn't a replacement kit, merely just a stab at a fun kit idea for the Kindred. I'll add an author's note saying "Just my opinion" if that helps. And as a "Half assed grab for attention", no it isn't. I have been making champion concepts for a long time and enjoy them. I occasionally post them to the community to get their opinions as well. Thanks for your response though, I appreciate the feedback. My feedback for you would be to read beyond the Author's Note and Passive Ability, you might have been able to answer a few of your own questions.

Not at all, concepts are about feedback after all! I took your advice and had a look at the ratios again. Q's AP Scaling was reduced, W's Base Damage and AP Scaling was reduced, E's AP Scaling was reduced, and I reduced the base Ability Power gained from putting points into AP for Insanity Potion. This would hopefully make Singed feel like his AP Scalings are there, but low enough to not make a serious impact in nuking enemies. Whereas the tank stats are much more beneficial when considering Singed a serious Top-Lane Tank.

: I fully understand where your coming from and i love the effort in this post. with all that damage you have him doing plus the fact that he is naturally {{item:3083}} he would actually be exceedingly overpowered, right now he is great at lane proxy and pushing because chasing him is futile and that allows him to push without conseqence, the down side to him is he has little to know contribution to teamfights so thats what balances him out in my opinion. im trying to be constructive by saying that this kit is a wet dream but its simply too good for one champ like singed to have with {{item:3151}} , {{item:3116}} and {{item:3001}} he will melt people and then grab a {{item:3027}} and he would be literally unstoppable and will melt you faster than a 21/0 {{champion:84}}
Fair call, I could lower the damage values but I see where you're coming from. Thanks for the feedback though!
