The champion has no respect ability that you can call theirs. His W is just a better version of a Volibear remake, the E is pretty much a Nautilus Q but instead, he pulls himself to the target. Though your numbers isn't the best and the idea isn't that great, it's better than so many other champion concepts.

Also in a lot of situations enemies would stay too far away from her to allow her to successfully and deal damage at max range. Taking this into note I raised her minimum damage but lowered her max damage but for compensation I lowered the mana cost at higher levels but without any or a lot of ability power then the % will not deal the damage it used to needing a minimum of 300 AP. I raised many of her mana costs so that she is forced into taking Chalice or a Tear or a Rod of Ages. Taking Rod of Ages or Chalice will really put her back in the early - mid game with low damage due to their costs but low ability power.

W: (Not sure about which one) Alright, I'm going to pause here and say that there is way too much % damage; three of which are True. You could maybe put a cap on it or scale up the AP a bit more and turn it Magic. But the Ratios are really fine. You could keep E in there as a tank buster ability. Ability speeds should probably be described as well.

Also I do post the changes in the comments, if you were talking about NOT doing it anymore than I shall not after this one last change. And yes, there are invulnerability times if you look at the passive it clearly stats 14 / 11 / 8 seconds of invulnerability. I'll tone done the Q damage and probably add a bit more to the E as she's a very bursty mage with 2 high damaging abilities and a supporting / dps ability to just deal that extra bit of damage. I didn't mainly put how fast the abilities travel like I used to in a LOT of my champion concepts on the forums as I don't have a broad perspective of them. I know how fast they travel and all but it just seems like I either make them too fast or too slow (mainly too fast) And could I have further clarification on > W: (Not sure about which one)

I really like this concept. Question though, what is ignite? You haven't very clarified it in your passive and now it feels like I don't get the whole concept of your champion, what is igniting your blade? Needs to be further clarified and into detail. Overall, I really like abilities but I'm guessing you had 1 single ability you actually had in mind which was ult and you decided to make into a concept? If so it's very well done for a rookie like you ;) (not like I'm not a rookie or anything) I find that he has no combo or real playstyle. This is why I said you had 1 idea in your mind and decided to make it into a champion which isn't always such a good idea. It looks very... not very well constructed, he doesn't have any combo abilities like normal mid laners and there's no real way of playing him. It seems like you chuck your ultimate, dash to a clear location, chuck your Q / W while they're stunned and then Kayle them to death (auto attack them to death.) If so then he is very ultimate reliant and instead of making it high damage high cooldown, moderate damage, low cooldown while buffing up his other abilities so he gets to use his ultimate more often which seems like a very big part of his combo without any set up from his other abilities. First off. Passive: Without any radius I can't say if this is op or not yet. Q: Pretty friggin op, 3.75 seconds time frame without any cdr for them to not be rooted or stunned. Plus 12% of their max health per hit, do you even actually? You probably thought, I want some OP tank that wrecks everyone because this is my champion concept. No. That's not how it works. W: Eh, take away the passive and it's okay. It's good enough for a single ability alone, give it a passive = gg. E: I feel like this is the only one that isn't overpowered completely in my point of view. R: I liked it until the MR / Armor part, please remove this. If you do even a 3 man ult inside or a 2 man ult, most mid lane champions will have 0 or negative MR And don't forget about adc's while boosting your whole entire team up to 100 Mr and Armor. Overall, even if it's not numbers, poorly designed rate 2/5. You had a good idea that turned bad.

She either E / W / Q and E back hoping to kill the back line or just peel for the rest of the fight, that's just how important her ultimate is.

I don't know why this has so much down votes, he has obviously heard of Galio but it's just he might not be the best for the team when maybe they're all poke and even with flash, Righteous Glory, Ascension and his E can't get close to even get a 2 man taunt ult off. A champion or an ability wouldn't be nice, an item could do this better but there are already so many choices. SV and Banshees, Void Gate or GA. QSS and Hexdrinker. These may seem like a small amount of choices but building 2 of these plus Mercury Treads already makes the enemy team do such a low amount of damage to you expecting you to have a fair amount of health and they aren't a 20 / 0 LB with full build and 20 stacks of Mejais. Right now is the tank meta and its only going to get harder to anything, adding a tank MR scaler will just ruin the double AP or triple magic damage with Corki or Kog bot lane and be to easy to counter with a single pick or item.

Eh. He doesn't really have any 'burst' other than his ultimate. He's not like Kassadin, Talon or LeBlanc whose point and click are extremely strong plus his kit needs this so people can't really escape during his ultimate, also his E is his only other source of damage while Rishi looks like a huge burst / sustained damage champion.

First regarding his champion. I was very excited to finally see a well laid out concept but it was really disappointing. I love his passive, it allows for nice trading and isn't as large as a buff. The only thing that I don't like here is the duration, 7 seconds is a very long time in the damage terms of League of Legends. It allows him to trade fairly too well in the early game, invading and counterjunglering would also be fairly too easy. I also liked his Q, but I found it a bit too strong in terms of utility and too weak in terms of damage. With 40% CDR your enemy is given 3.6 seconds to get up to 525 range away from him, that's equal to some ADC's attack range and bigger than Kassadin's R. With the amount of movement speed from his passive and W allows it to be fairly easy to continuously dashing towards enemies and because his passive allows so much early game trading, it's not fairly hard to get ahead, rush a BOTRK and stick on enemies like glue. This is the downfall of your concept, just the fact that you put TRUE DAMAGE there was enough to say that you don't know the game too well. It was just disappointing and it wasn't even a huge buff, this is literally one of the weakest abilities in League of Legends in terms of Risk and Reward. You take full damage of everything and you only get some movement speed and attack speed. I'd highly recommend you changing this to bonus damage taken instead of True Damage. This is where he gets ironic and just disgusting, you have an ability called quick step and dash. Both mean pretty much the same but ironically your W doesn't even do what it's meant to do. You have 2 steroids and 2 gap closers, your E and Q for gap closers and your W and Passive. No. No. No. No. 90% of Current Health really? You also have 5 levels in an ultimate ability, lord save the queen. Either way, check out Adora :D

I don't really know what you just typed. There is no clear description and no actual stats for me to base it off but I'll try to do a review in exchange for you giving Adora a review, but really I don't even care if you do. Passive: There's a reason why they removed Karthus' passive which only reduced death timers by 10% and the mastery that further reduced death timers by 10%. There is no way you need a death timer to be reduced by 50% or even 25% if Riot doesn't let 10% and 20% on 1 CHAMPION. Q: I think a better name for Silent Enemy is Headbash and rather than being a silence, it's a stun regardless of enlightenment, there's a reason why all point and click silences were removed. Enlightened Q is very unreliable, a minion could stand just a tiny bit closer than you and you could've lost a free stun that would've gotten you a kill or gotten away. W: N to the O. No explanation needed, multiple gap closers and free escapes. New LB, just keep walking through walls like base gates. E: I don't even know what this is... R: Uh just no.

Well they a hint with Bard, why not give hint about Ekko? They have never really made 'sound' champions other than Sona and she's songs, tunes and melodies. I'm suspecting him to be a pretty strong mid laner that can either be AD or AP if he is created into a champion.

I raised her movement speed from 340 to 350 so she could have a means of escape early game. I found with her early game damage from her auto attacks already incredible strong since she has naturally high attack damage. So instead of toning it down which would kill her farming abilities, I decided to lower her range and will do if i think she will bully other champions. Also, continuing on from her poke damage. Her long auto attacks combined with her Q behind targeted and her E based off their missing health for the bit of extra OOMPH. It was too easy to cut down an enemies health early game and allow an easy gank with a targeted charm. So I made her early game mana considerably lower so she would have to only use Q and / or auto attacks to poke instead of spamming her abilities. Also because putting 2 stacks on the target meant a targeted charm with Q / E I made her mana regen and mana lower so when her jungler comes for a gank she needs to watch her mana a bit better.

Well high crowd control doesn't necessarily mean like Sejuani or etc, but she usually scares people off when they get 2 stacks or else it is an instant charm with Q / E so 'the crowd is controlled' and her ultimate is similar to a Ziggs ult where you'd run away and maybe end up splitting. Yeah she does like to stand still a lot but that's to make her balanced, so you have a chance to fully interrupt her full combo if she tries to use R / Q since with R / E the ultimate would end up hitting the targets before the E reaches. Yeah she is a high nuke champion like Veigar or Xerath but her passive and easy use with it really tend to try and as far away from her or else the charm will be targeted if they still try to go near. And regarding Malzahar's W and her W, I based her W on it, but instead of having huge scaling it's only just 3 / 3.75 / 4.5 / 5.25 / 6% no matter what you do and how much AP you have. Yeah it does do a lot over time but 1 tick of Malzahar's Pool does more damage than the whole 3 seconds in 1 tick if they are both the same levels.

Haha, pretty much. They removed everything, Institute of War, Institute of Magic, Fields of Justice and League of Legends, ironically the game is still called League of Legends but they removed it. I don't really get it as much. I think Riot is thinking of making an MMO, a MOBA or bring one of the Korean works over to NA. I'm hoping they try to bring back something like Trickster Online or Rusty Hearts, two amazing games that deserved to stay around for longer.

: There's a LOT of champs that can bully Nasus into tower farm, which is a bad state because he misses a lot of CS due to tower. Darius has insane early damage and Nasus has none, meaning darius Q's nasus chunking his health and zoning him. Riven can still do it very easily, and is a great counterpick. Teemo can shit on Nasus at levels 1-5, and then afterwards can harass him enough that he wastes ult, or has to tower farm again. Renekton can straight up kill nasus at level 1-2, landing a w and a lot of autos and then two e's and ignite to secure a first blood, crippling nasus' farm. One tank item doesn't mean diddly. He can't just farm, because with the above champs, they can harass him enough to keep him away from farm if he doesn't want to feed. That, and you communicate ganks to shut him down and make him 0/5 by the 15 min mark. It's about teamwork and understanding how nasus works. I can't believe how many people just say "oh this champ can just do x and then they win"
For me, I don't think Nasus is instawin, but rather the fact that his Wither has almost no counterplay available other than full kiting or using most not if all your gap closers to run away. I know all those champions can really rid Nasus but all not if all the counters above sooner or later get wrecked, though Nasus will lose a lot of farm under turret, with a gank that can be easily executed using the immense slow from Wither will really stop you from being able to do much. I guess it also comes to the situation but whenever I've been in an experience with Nasus regardless of enemy or teammate, most people can't escape Nasus alone using just their dash / blink. For me the only successful way of getting away from Nasus is actually going through a wall which isn't always there, the only champion I've seen completely counter Nasus regardless is LeBlanc. Her double chains or double distortion is like hell to Nasus. I think I've had more good experiences against Nasus then bad experiences but in most situations early game, if your kit doesn't have a major gap closer to escape or a kiting kit then it's practically dead once he gets rolling, not saying you lose the game but your lane is practically lost from there on.

I mean, if he gets fed or is allowed to free farm then sure, he can 2-hit almost anyone, but to be fair, any champion that is fed or allowed to free farm can pretty much do that same thing. Nasus just makes it worse because he can 3-hit the turrets too. Don't really think Nasus needs to be touched. Unless Riot want to make his abilities more "interactive". Like, Wither only slows for the base 35% but ramps up ONLY if the enemy is inside his Spirit Fire.
That's actually a really good idea, I find that Nasus is a bit repetitive, you W and Q and late game Spirit Fire doesn't really do much for Nasus. If you give Nasus the W / E interaction it'd really give Spirit Fire more use and benefit. If I had to propose a Nasus rework Spirit Fire would be similar to Trundle's W / E (the one that makes a huge ring) and boost up Wither if his target is inside it.

: Wither is only strong in mid game if you don't oppress him during his weakest early phase and let him farm, and if you either don't ward or have 0 form of escape/cc when you need to escape ganking. Otherwise, standard routine applies. Abuse his early, if he is looking for trades simply trade back and back off when you bait out his ulti if he has it, and maintain your lane presence so he is not going anywhere with his farming. If you can control his farming, he is gone.
Yeah I realized but in the current meta there are little champions who can really fully bully Nasus out of lane, Riven used to one of the few but now that the tank meta is in where there's such thing as Nunu Top, Hecarim Top and Sion Top, it really doesn't let you bully Nasus out of lane as much. He get can a single tank item and just keep farming regardless. You can't really 'stop' Nasus from getting stacks even if you completely bully him, you have to bully him and win all or at least another lane.

Sounds a bit like Zephyr from HoN but it also has it's own individuality. I think Wing Burst, the name itself doesn't really sound right to its own ability, I find that it gives an idea of a glowing wing charging up and on the next cast or ability it will burst around in her personal AoE. I like the ability but how much does it pull or does it pull to her like the Blitzcrank grab? I'm a little confused due to this seeming a lot like Zephyr's Q where he pushes everyone in the direction of him but not like up all close and personal like a Blitzcrank or Nautilus Q. I find that Vengeful Roar really allows her to be a top lane bully like she should be but you should really add an attackspeed boost, this ability seems a bit plain, it doesn't really give her much AD late game and would be more of a gapcloser to Q or to run away. Personally I'd do it so her attacks deal 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3% of her maximum per attack for a short duration or to a limited amount of attacks, this really allows her to emphasize her little damage. Crystal Scales is really nice ability but could you go into detail for me? Why would you have 15 seconds duration if all she is going to do is heal herself, the ability itself is a great defensive buff and I like the idea behind it. This sounds a lot like a Sejuani Ult + Aatrox Q, I think it's best to choose 1 or just come with something completely new like Queen's Gate where she creates a large impassable battlefield for the enemy and her own team but her team is buffed for a bit but making it quite fair. The only way to escape similar to Azir's Ult is flashing not dashing. I find her kit a bit over the top with the amount of crowd control she has, ontop of that she's a tank who could focus on a single stat and get up to 80% damage reduction without her passive, the 5% extra from ranged attacks don't really mean much when she has the amount of crowd control as Gnar able to completely lock down a single unit or force it direction and allowing her team to follow up.

Nyx - Doesn't equal Nyx Assassin which is a hero from DotA so it isn't exact, Nyx and Nyx Assassin are two different things. It's like Ice and Ice Cream are two different things, you can't be calling Ice Cream; Ice and be like 'I'd love some of that ice.' while your friend is holding an ice cream thinking like wtf? LoL and Dota are in the same genre of games but two different games like how Ice and Ice Cream may both be frozen or very cold it's two different types of 'food.' If you're talking about Ice as in Drugs, it refers to Crystal Meth, if you're talking about Ice like normal people then it means Ice as in Frozen Water. So when you refer Nyx in LoL it would be this champion (concept) and when you refer it in DotA or DotA 2 it'd be Nyx as in Nyx Assassin.

Pretty desperate and it was short as well. Riot didn't really say much just noticed him like if they looked at the concept but didn't comment, I think it was just they say they saw it but I think they look at most concepts they just don't anything at all.

That is true, I should probably remove the armor penetration from % to just base since it'd be 50% with Last Whisper, you'd rather have a base + % then 2 %s that add up to some massive number.

Thankyou ~ I was meant to change the passive to 3 levels since before it only leveled up 3 times but then I changed it to 5 to even it out through out the game. Thankyou for pointing that out :3 To be honest, it's actually very hard because it has 25 more range than melee attack range (125) and you have to be standing in auto attack range so the best key is to stand in front of each other and don't stand right next to each other. For example, X is the unit hit and 1 and 2 are the units beside it. X gets hit, 1 and 2 collapse onto X. If you'd like I could change it to 100 Range where its even lower than melee attack range ^.^ Uhm, yeah she could but I don't know if she was designed to be a support, I can totally see her as a support / ap top / mid, I would find that pretty awesome to move wards as well. That was a really big factor when I was going to move her but I wanted to make something in the game that isn't already implemented, I think I'll change it to something I have in mind. By the way, I don't think ADC's even have a ward hop ability, isn't Katarina the only champion that can even jump to wards? But hey.. never question the people. If you even read her abilities, her ratios are literally AP... I don't think she was ever combined to be an ADC... she has 1, no steroids, 2 barely any ad. You'll literally have to break the meta just to get her as an adc, like every adc has at least a steroid, Lucian's Passive, Vayne's Q and Ult, Graves E, Jinx's Q Attack Speedbuff, etc. She doesn't even have 1 SINGLE AD RATIO... I think you've gotten it all mixed up, she's an AP Mid Laner that uses her gun to cast spells rather than a staff... I think all your comments are from an ADC perspective, just because she uses a gun doesn't mean that she is an adc, I can get that most ADC's use guns but if you're going to lane with only base damages and auto attacks while every ability uses magic damage... you're literally Corki or Ezreal without any steroids and any AD Ratios, imagine walking to lane with 400 AD but your abilities be doing less than her auto. She's not going to be a very good or even top tier adc in my pov, she can be a support but not an adc. Maybe I confused you with the armor penetration but the point was so she was able to poke enemies during her early levels when she's most weak. I'm not going to make any changes yet until I've confirmed that you are saying what you are saying thinking what she's meant to be, an AP Caster or Assassin like Orianna. Ciao ~
