: Update: Riot has reviewed my case and removed my suspension. However, my honor level still shows "dishonorable" and unable to receive end of season rewards. I've continued correspondence and hopefully I can get the whole suspension reversed so I can get my ranked rewards this season. https://i.imgur.com/vCkmrdv.png
Not a bad response time given they are getting flooded with requests at the moment. I'm glad that you have been an unfair ban lifted. Thanks for sharing with us. Good luck getting ranked rewards back, I hope they do now that they have lifted the ban.

: Not what I was saying. I am saying the limited stats we can see player side are not really enough to tell if a player was intent feeding or not. Riot has access to much more info from games that is plenty to determine intent. I was only saying the player side stats aren't very helpful. Sometimes it's obvious from our end, and other times it's not. It isn't based solely on reports, that would not be a good way of doing things.

I'd rather such decisions in their hands than the hands of an unprofessional subjective set of opinions backed up by anger and ill reason. I just wish it was handled better. I agree for the most part, but I beg to differ on the tilted part. Just because you're tilted doesn't give you the right to int in a game. In fact, if a player is tilted then they shouldn't be playing at all, it's not just your game you're ruining its 9 others as well. As I said, its for Riot to determine and verify who and who isn't feeding and im sure the ban was justified.
I'm not supporting inting by any means, indeed it should be banned. My concern is that inting needs to be determined correctly before banning someone. I agree that players should not be playing if they are tilted, but it's not uncommon for players to enter a game feeling OK and then get tilted halfway through. It does not mean they are inting, it just means they are having a bad game, and players should not be banned for just having a bad game. Indeed it is up to Riot, but If you're so sure the ban is justified, maybe you can back that up before making those sorts of statements? It's offensive to make assumptive accusations, otherwise. It would be fairer to remain neutral to the situation. He's already come back advising us that he has had his ban lifted. That comment just makes you look like a dick now. :P

There should be statistics to suggest that someone is inting in the game. It should be a pretty easy to see through stats like if the player is dying and not getting any other team assisting statistics (or hardly). I'd also like to point out that people use that as an excuse so they don't get banned for inting. Over the past few days i've had inters blatantly inting and then typing in chat to the enemy team saying their "learning" a new champ and of course they get banned because they really aren't learning anything. Sadly only Riot/Support are the only ones that know for sure whether or not a person is inting or not. Im sure all bans are verified before being handed down.
There are several factors that should be taken into account to determine intentional feeding. Maybe when a player is not playing so well in a norm game and they say they are learning a new champion, then it would extremely assumptive to say they are inting. There also can be a fine line between being tilted and inting which needs to be determined before banning someone. I'm also glad that Riot are the only ones that can determine for sure if someone is inting or not. If that's the case, obviously just outplayed.

: There are stats that show that, just not ones we can see. KDA, KP, CS, that kind of thing aren't very helpful in some cases of intent feeding (usually the kind that starts part way through a game, or if someone is just having a really bad game). I haven't yet heard of a false intent feeding ban, but in the spirit of innocent until proven guilty I gave OP the best advice I could assuming it is a false ban, namely to submit a ticket about it.

I haven't yet heard of a false intent feeding ban, but in the spirit of innocent until proven guilty I gave OP the best advice I could assuming it is a false ban, namely to submit a ticket about it. Those are not very helpful? So basically the ban is justified if multiple people report a person because they get angry because one of their team mates died a lot? Well, if that's how you suggest it's working. It seems like we have to re-define intentional feeding. Those statistics can be very helpful, even the ones we cannot see, and maybe it's the ones that we cannot see along with chat logs to help determine intentional feeding before banning a player for 14 days, not just take the untrained and unprofessional opinion of other players. You say you haven't heard of a false intent feeding ban. I'm surprise you haven't if this is the way it's being handled.
Ninox (OCE)
: Having kills, assists and CS doesn't necessarily mean you aren't inting, I've seen people get 15 kills before deciding they're done and running it down mid, but of course we can't see that unless you saved a replay or something. You got a 14 day straight up because it's the first punishment tier that applies to intent feeding. A chat restriction doesn't make much sense as a punishment for feeding does it? As to your individual case, if you really weren't intent feeding then send a ticket through to player support and they can take another look at your game. It's rare that people get false bans so forgive any scepticism, but they do happen. Assuming you are innocent, support is your best approach here. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you didn't die at all with those stats or if you killed a lot more you would have got an S.

: This feature is still there. You just need to hover over the champions image (to the right) in the match results screen to see it.
Indeed, part of it is, but it requires you to do that and even so it does not show you clearly your progress to next level. It does show you the grade you are out of all the other grades, and it's no where near as cool. xD

: I share your frustration I spent an entire day trying to find a solution, from uninstalling to reverting back versions. The new client to me feels like one giant ad that I want to click away from. Good news though, for the time being I can still access old client as an OCE player. I made a video showing exactly how to do it. Link: https://youtu.be/ej2n4JzFaP4 Alternatively if you dont trust my link you can find the vid in my channel. Youtube.com/JaySea Hope riot will properly give us our old client back though. Cheers to that, upvote this if it helped you.
Thanks so much Jerey, that's really helpful of you. Btw, isn't this just completely and totally mismanaged? Oceania should not have removed their legacy client link yet. Whoever is managing The North American region is smart and knows what needs to be done. At least they have a brain! Unbelievable!
: Oh really? How do you access it?
Nevermind, I found out how. It's linked to this comment: https://boards.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/RzExlQWa-client-makes-me-want-to-punch-someone?comment=0004

: If you were providing feedback to Riot specifically then you shouldn't have posted on here in the first place, the boards exist for the community to discuss with each other. Also I never suggested shit about being so-knowing or whatever you're going on about. I also don't appreciate you calling someone a "peasant" or "nutcase" it's rude, unnecessary and not the way you should be addressing someone. Now I suggest we end this pointless argument and stop wasting each others time.
You really have no idea how the feedback system works for Riot do you? If you go to their customer support and follow the prompts to provide feedback, they will not let you send a ticket, they stop you and refer you to post it on the forums (this place). So, don't tell me how to post on a forum, because frankly, you haven't a clue. You have no manners to begin with. Trying to act all tough for a guy that calls someone a retard (Talon12), stepping in and calling me a "smartass", telling me to "suck it up stop crying" and "deal with the new client or find another game". All that is rude and unnecessary. Perhaps you should change the way you address people. Seriously, it's a joke. You're like it all over the forum. And I'm not going to have someone try to be a tough guy and defend his little brother being an arsehole in my thread, especially when he has no idea what his talking about even without all the stuck up remarks. Your replies might just cut being half decent if you just stop being so stuck up and pathetic about your "opinion."
Fitzky (OCE)
: What's your fucking issue? Talon gave you an answer, you responded like a prick, so I gave you mutual respect. If you're providing feedback then send a ticket to Riot or do so in the new client otherwise we don't care. You either suck it up and deal with the client or find a new game.
You must be kidding? You're so blind you can't even see what's going on here. I'll tell you the situation: I provided feedback on the new client for Riot's eyes. I didn't ask a question so therefore, I do not require an answer of any form, but Talon came in and started being a prick so I responded, then you came in, being a tough guy without even knowing what's going on. What's wrong with you? Who says you're the pinnacle of morals in society? Like Talon; you have no manners. You've completely missed the point this entire time. I've already provided my feedback to Riot Support. If you're all so-knowing like you're suggesting, you would know that they referred me to post it here. If you know how to read, and be all so-knowing, you would already know that I've complemented the new client and gave some feedback in my original post. Now, learn how to comprehend shit or find another game yourself.
Fitzky (OCE)
: You asked about item sets? There's your answer, now suck it up and stop crying cause you're not getting the old client back
Oi nutcase, I didn't ask anything, I provided feedback saying new client isn't ready for old client decommission. Now stop trying to be a high king and start being what you're good at, a peasant. There's the point.
Fitzky (OCE)
: Alright smartass here's your answer by Riot Gehirn himself: _We know you want item sets. I want item sets. Thing is that you and I are the extreme outliers. Item sets was initially not prioritized as a feature because almost nobody used it. We've certainly changed that to at least being a feature we will ship in the new client eventually, but getting the client working for all players is still a higher priority as it affects more players. Unfortunately this does involve moving more players over to the new client so that we can continue to work out the kinks._
You've completely and utterly missed the whole point.
: Can Riot please bring back the Grading feature?
Maybe, to make the 'abomination' better, perhaps? Come on, Talon, I thought you would have realised that by now.
: Legacy client gone and still no item sets
Okay, Talon. If you read what I said, properly, you will hopefully realise, somewhere in your massive and infinite wisdom, that I acknowledged that they are working on it. The point is they have not finished working on the new client before removing the old one, hence we can no longer use features that are important to the user. If you're going to make a reply, at least make one that does not make you look like a goose.
: YO WHAT THE HECKK IS HAPPENING
To what extent? I've been getting short but really bad freezing whilst in-game. For example, just before I use my ultimate, the game would rarely but occasionally freeze for a few seconds.
Archcurse (OCE)
: Bring back legacy client
If you point out why you do not like the new client, then there is more of a chance of Riot listening to what you have to say. Even though I like the new client but to my understanding, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. I hear people are having issues with designating mastery points and creating or updating item sets. I agree that work on the new client should have been finished before closing off the old one.
