In a nutshell, there is a hidden number behind each queue you play, and soon there will be a number behind individual roles as well. This number is referred to as MMR, or Match Making Rating. This number is adjusted as you win and lose matches, and is calculated based on a comparison of the numbers of your teammates and your enemies. If your MMR is lower than what is normal for your rank, you may see yourself in a situation where you'll lose more LP than you win; conversely, as you rack up a win streak, you may see your MMR gains higher than your losses. In order to raise your MMR, you'll need to consistently win most of your matches, so keep up the climb! Any players who were AFK at the time of the remake, regardless of reason, receive the applicable leaver penalties. The /remake system still holds players accountable for ensuring that computer issues, scheduling issues, etc are resolved ahead of time to reduce the number of matches that become lopsided, with a player or players AFK. I understand that you're upset; however, there have to be measures in place in order to prevent abuse and to prevent players from leaving games without penalty. No one wants to play a 4v5, and no one wants to go through a series of remakes- which is one of the reasons why a LP loss is a necessary measure. This is an opportunity to ensure that your client and computer are able to run the game. : The login for the support page and the website (boards) are separate. https://i.imgur.com/IrSBuzi.png?noredirect There are currently issues with the login transition preventing players from easily logging into support. There are two current workarounds: 1. Open the support page in an incognito/private window and follow the process as normal, pressing the login button when prompted. 2. Log out of the website **from the support page**, and then follow the process as normal, pressing login when prompted. If your support page has the blank "OC" login in the top right, you're good to go. If it only has your summoner icon with "OCEANIA" it means the support page is seeing you as logged in on the website and not in support. You need to follow one of the steps above.
Additionally, when all else fails, you can always submit a ticket via email by shooting your request to support@riotgames.com. In most cases, however, this may take longer than the typical ticket submission process through the portal.

: Ok so Luckily I took 2 screenshots form 2 different games. It says the exp was 0 in the game ending screen but in the match history it shows the exp I "earned". These are 2 separate screenshots, 1 game after the other. https://puu.sh/AQf2W/ca7e004a33.png https://puu.sh/AQfI5/9ab1717fa2.png But I never really checked to see if it added onto my actual exp. I can do the math afterwards to see if I subtract the exp I got from the currently played games gives me that value or not. EDIT: yep it was a visual glitch. Even though it said 0, I got the exp. It was weird though, not sure why it glitched on me.
Thanks for the screenshots! I'll ask around to see if something screwy is going on here.
