I provided my full calculations to Riot Support of how I got to my total IP spent on Runes of 147,255. And the response was: "I'm afraid that I won't be able to go into the details, however I double checked and what I can tell you is by the looks of it, you have not reached the 125k threshold." Which is just not good enough. How can I escalate this further Django Unjaned?

I may not have played enough for Conqueror, it's hard to gauge hours played. But I doubled checked my math for Enthusiast I definitely met the criteria.

Does anyone know if we are getting division specific borders like last year? Or just borders that show your tier?
: Actually, when you transferred to OCE, did you buy a transfer after OCE went up for a while or did you take part in a free transfer when the server first went online? If you took part in the free transfer, definitely let the agent helping you out know. I don't know if OCE was affected, but we have had issues with transfers done upon server opening, especially for earlier servers.

So say I bought the 12 rune pages with RP that would count as 6300 x 12 = 75,600 towards the required 125,000 for the Rune Enthusiast ward. So I would have only needed to spend 49,400 on other runes to meet the requirement. When I did my calculations I was around 60k IP spent on runes. This is where my confusion is coming from because by my calculation I should be above the 125,000 mark for IP spent

Thanks for the info, I've sent a ticket into support. For the Rune Enthusiast were all rune pages considered to be worth 6300 IP regardless of how they were acquired? eg bought with RP, 2 for 1 deals, on sale etc?

: You've also got to consider the players who have played TT ranked all year to get gold. Giving the chroma away for 50 wins would completely devalue their effort in playing the queue. If we just give it away for 50 wins, why would anyone play the queue at all next year. They can just ignore it and get the chroma for playing SR instead. I'm considering our options here. If we do see heavy engagement with TT ranked this week, we will consider expanding TT ranked in OCE until the end of the season. But if more people don't join the queue, then expanding it heavily will make matchmaking almost impossible.

Thanks for the response, I know I'll be on this Thurs/Frid grinding out placements hopefully there will be plenty of others as well to get the queue enabled on weekends for the rest of the season. Any Tips/Tricks for someone that's barely played TT but played plenty of SR and ARAM?

I completely understand Riot is in a tough spot where people are going to be upset regardless of what they do. But at the moment OCE gets the short end of the stick by having the limited queue and not getting the hand out that regions that don't have the queue are getting.

The only reason that I brought it up is that the regions that don't have ranked TT get the TT chroma for having 50 ranked wins during the season. So regions that have the queue always active have the option to grind out gold whenever they have the time. And regions that don't have ranked TT get it for simply playing ranked (50 wins is nothing). If a player has real world commitments for the next 4 weeks on Thursdays and Fridays there's no way to get that chroma. If they had mentioned it earlier in the season that there would be an extra reward for ranked TT I would have started the grind earlier like I did with flex queue.

: If you've played both queues reasonably evenly, or have only played flex, then you won't really see those problems. These matchmaking issues arise when people who don't normally play flex are playing flex since their rank won't be accurate to their MMR, since MMR adjusts much more quickly than rank does. For the same reason, SIlvers vsing Plats can be perfectly legitimate. Those silvers likely are higher skill than silver, but just don't play flex to raise that rank, and those Plats could have had a bad losing streak and tanked their mmr to silver levels. Rank itself is only a guide, and while such matchups should be reasonably rare, they will be more common in flex since it's the least popular of the two ranked queues and people's ranks won't be totally accurate to their MMR. It's one of the bigger drawbacks to having such a small server with two ranked queues.
I agree, all I'm asking is whether Riot would consider changing the limit on who you can queue with based on the fact OCE has a smaller player base and that flex is less popular than solo/duo. Maybe change the limitation to be based on MMR rather than rank? But they probably wouldn't do that because they don't want people to know what their MMR is.
